Over all a really good couch. My advice? If you're thinking about getting it... do it. The only reason I didn't give it 5 starts is because it is a little too firm for my liking but I had known that may happen based off other reviews and im hoping that wears in to be a little softer. It's not uncomfortable, its just going to take some time to get used to. It is a very good quality considering the price. I don't think I could have walked out of a store with this big of a couch without paying way more. Console has nice sized storage and USB/USB-C charger ports which is nice. It was super easy to put together, maybe took me 2 hours. All of the back cushions, pillows, and couch backings fit inside the bottom of the base pieces making them compact, which is exciting for when we move again. The ottoman and console have zipper storage underneath which I think would be great or leg storage when moving also. ... show more

Considering the price, I’d say it’s a pretty good value. It is obviously made more cheaply than furniture 3x more expensive but if it holds up to the kids and dogs for 2-3 years, I’ll be happy. So far it’s held up for about 6 weeks no problem. It’s reasonably comfortable and looks pretty decent. The color is as expected and the fabric is soft to the touch although close up you can tell it is not high end fabric. It assembled easily. The plastic feet/legs were probably my biggest gripe. You don’t really see them if you’re looking at the couch, but they look cheap and it wouldn’t have been much more to make those appear nicer even if they were still plastic. ... show more

So scary buying a sofa off Amazon! I had been looking at these sectionals with the added insert/coffee table for some time. Allows for our family of 4 to each have a comfy spot. DH and I put this together in under 2 hours, super easy! Well packages. Arrived in 5 days. Happy with price, quality, look and even feel. A bit firm but not terrible. I think it will break in. Wow, this is amazing. I really second-guess doing this, but I am so happy that I made the choice to go ahead and purchase this the packaging was perfect. Everything was nice. Everything was together. Everything was easy to assemble. I was very shocked the only thing that I can say, I did not like was The bottom pieces are plastic. But it is a hard plastic so I’m sure that it will be just fine. I’m just used to wood bottoms, but it feels great. It looks great. Everything was easy to assemble. The only thing that I have not checked out yet was the power cord if the charger thing works But other than that, it looks great feels great and I am very happy with my purchase. ... show more

Update: I had for four months now and it’s already broken . This product is literally made of what feels like cardboard and guess what there’s no customer service to call. Run away don’t walk!!! I am 3 months into the couch and it’s starting to show its wear already….to start the seats are smaller and very firm. Fine whatever got over it. But now the seats are super weak when you sit on them you can feel the hollowness under it (mind you it’s basically is Hollow instead you see it when you put it together). It’s only two of us living here and it’s not like we are putting wear and tear into it like that. For this to start getting run down after 3 months is extremely disappointing and crazy for a couch this expensive. Save your money go to rooms to go and purchase. Do not let the pictures or style of this couch get you ... show more

Easy to assemble. Wish the ottoman opened but other than that my only complaint is that it is VERY stiff. I like that i can change the look in only a few minutes. Looks beautiful set up. I was skeptical after reading the reviews about the pillows so bought some extra but the ones that come with it arent too bad. We have had it only 2 or so months and the springs pop inside when you sit. We haven't noticed any damage yet. Still stiff as ever. The electric plug ins work fine for us. The storage area is nice and holds a lot. The back of the seats are very low. Something to get used to but overall not a bad couch. ... show more
