Having small windows in my house we had to find an air conditioner with a higher BTU but small body. This fit perfectly and it cools extremely well. This is the best money I've spent in a very long time!! Tired of being hot?? This small ac will get you cool and keep you cool. After having it a month now I did not see a big increase on my power bill either. It's a win win! Good price,fits smaller windows, works great! I highly recommend. I wouldn't want to have it in a window above my head, it's quieter than others we have had in the past but it could be annoying if you are sitting under it.

Unit arrived damaged. Looks like it was previously returned. Bottom corner of the faceplate was cracked and held together with tape. Filter was bent and the fan makes a loud clicking sound constantly.

It takes a little getting used to because it seems to reset to the "auto" position after it's been turned off, and I like the fan on high even though that's a little noisy. Quality of the machine overall is good. The ECO setting is perfect - both the fan and compressor shut off when the temp is reached (as opposed to most window units that the fan stays in all the time and just the compressor kicks off ). It fits a single window well, though the self stick weather stripping did not stay stuck. I wound up caulking around it and figured it would be easy enough to clean off when we remove it for the winter. The buttons are hard to read, mainly because my windows are low, but I took a picture of the control panel so I can blow it up on my phone and determine what light is actually lit. I think the writing on the label could be a bit darker and the LED lights could be a bit brighter. (I swear, I'm not going blind!) Overall, it's definitely worth the money I spent. Not sure if they recommend a dedicated circuit, but I think that should be the case. It draws quite a bit of power when the compressor kicks in.

The ac came dented in a few spots. (See pictures) When I opened the front cover, the side clip was also broken. It’s a bummer to have to go through the return process as I am about to give birth (2 weeks left) and had to hire someone to install it for me. That said, the AC seems to be working (did a test run, will update when I use it officially) which is another reason why I don’t want to put myself through the hassle of the return process (packing it and waiting for the other to come in, calling the guy I hired to instal the new one). All that aside, it’s not the company’s fault but the delivery, still it’s something I have to go through after paying quite a bit for the AC. Maybe adding more padding to future orders will help minimize this issue. Update: I have been using the AC for about a month now and it keeps my condo super cool. I have no complaints or issues on that end.

Cools a big 26 x24 workshop with a metal roof, I’d recommend letting it run for 10 minutes, and checking which side the condensation pools towards, & drilling a release hole in the chassis. The factory drain plug is not in the correct location for draining on mine. The packaging surprised me, & it arrived with the coils undamaged. I still let it sit upright for a day before starting it up to make sure the oils in the compressor were not upset from traveling. I cut a hole in the wall of my workshop, the rough opening for this unit is 15 inches x 19.25 inches wide, & she’ll slide right in.

This is the smallest AC with a 14,500BTU and it still uses 115volt. Outstanding! Anyone saying that this unit does anything but make massive amounts of cool air, is just silly. Truly thinking about buying another just to have backup. Every time I find a great product they quit making it. Odds are good that I will buy another. Even if you do not need 14,500BTU, if it will fit your window or hole buy it!!!!! It is NOT noisy at all. Who cares that the remote does not come with batteries. It is light for a unit that produces 14,500BTU with 115volt; that is all that needs to be said about this AMAZING unit. Normally I wait a bit longer to leave a review, just in case. This is working so well I had to tell everyone. My house is COLD, really cold and I love it cold. Did I mention it has 14,500BTU at 115volt? I can't believe it either.
