The media could not be loaded. I purchased this to carry with us in our RV so when we are traveling and out of cellular range, we can still listen to music easily. It was easy to set up. Once WiFi is connected, you can open HibyMusic and upload from laptop or phone wirelessly to the device; or you can hook up the included USB-C cable to transfer files. I appreciated that it came with 16gb internal memory and a 128gb sd card. It's very light, smaller than a Galaxy phone, and can play via bluetooth or via headphone jack (ear phones were included too). The internal speaker is very loud for such a small device, it was easy to use it to play music and hear everything clearly. There are several music apps that are preloaded onto the device including: HiByMusic, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Spotify, Deezer, iHeartRadio, Pandora to name a few. The Playstore App is preloaded too. It's running Android 9.0.

I wanted to get a device just for music and audiobooks for my bike ride. Found this and thought I would save money instead of getting the MIghty. Big mistake. It runs incredibly slow. Downloaded one spotify playlist, then can never actually play it. Gets stuck. Tried resetting it, now its stuck on the logo. Waste of money.

It comes complete with player, screen protector, case and SD card for about the same price I paid for the player alone made by someone else which I am replacing. After 5 months my previous player got too low in power and now won't take any charge, even the slow one. I wanted to have my Audible books stored on the SD card, but my only option was to move the Audible app with the books to the SD card. That was a big mistake. The device kept turning off and Audible kept disappearing requiring re-installation. I had to do a factory reset and leave Audible and the books on the internal storage. It has worked well ever since. Also, this one, unlike my previous, gets system update and works with Google Play store allowing compatible apps to be loaded on the device, such as Kindle. It may be a mini screen, but still works in a pinch. I am much happier with this device.

I’m really impressed with this 80GB MP3 Player with Bluetooth and WiFi. It has everything I need for audio and ebooks in one compact device. The 4.02" touchscreen is surprisingly smooth and easy to navigate, and the fact that it supports the Play Store is a huge bonus. I was able to download Spotify, Pandora, Amazon Music, and Audible with no problem. Storage-wise, 80GB plus support for up to 512GB is fantastic. It holds a lot of music and audiobooks—way more than I expected from something this small. I love that I can keep my entire audiobook library and playlists with me without constantly worrying about running out of space. The built-in speaker is a nice touch for quick listening, and Bluetooth works well with both earbuds and my car system. WiFi setup was simple, and streaming/downloading apps feels just like using a mini Android device. My favorite part is that I no longer have to rely on my phone for music or audiobooks. This keeps my phone’s battery and cellular data from getting drained, especially on long trips. It’s the perfect dedicated media player. Overall, a great value and a super convenient device for anyone who listens to a lot of audio content. Highly recommended!
