I took a chance on buying a couch online, and I am very pleased with it! I waited a month before writing this review to let everyone know the pros and cons. Pros- I love how the whole couch comes apart and the cushions are interchangeable, it's very easy to clean and maintain, and the pet hair is easy to remove (it was so hard to remove on my old couch). The cushions are plush, and it is very comfortable! Cons- It took me about 4 hours to put this together, the directions were easy to follow, but it was time-consuming! I do have to fluff the cushions and we added more pillows to the couch for more comfort. Overall I highly recommend this couch! But be prepared to sweat while your putting it together! :)

THIS COUCH IS BEAUTIFUL!!! I recommend this couch 100% ! Its so soft and u do have to let it rise for 72 hours ! As well reading the reviews with the missing pieces and no way to contact customer service is a lie if your looking for the additional N parts they are hidden in Part H there right inside , i thought i was missing pieces as well contacted amazon they sent me a link to contact the owners wrote them a message in less then 30 mins the responded back with instructions / pictures to find the item ! Great customer service, the item is huge , soft , felt like uour literally laying on clouds ! Easy to put together and extra tools and everything ! This is a great couch i would recommend for sure !!!

Overall, I love this couch. It’s so comfortable, cozy, and great quality. The material and color is amazing. The only two downfalls is that the couch itself sits pretty low to the ground which isn’t my favorite. I tried to switch out the legs to add some height to it, however, the underneath legs are a metal frame that’s all together and at different lengths. I bought several different legs trying to get it even at a new height and It’s been nearly impossible to get them equally level. The other thing that I’m not a fan of is how low the back of the couch sits. The pillows help but I would plan on buying more filling to add to the pillows to fluff them up some more. That helps it not be so noticeable with how low the back of the couch sits. Overall, I love it. Just a few little headaches that we’ve been trying to figure out how to work around.

I am absolutely in love with this couch! It was delivered two days early and is more than I expected it to be! It is SO comfortable and it was easy for me to put together. It took me about 5 hours as I did it by myself, having two people would definitely speed up the assembly process and it is doable if you are solo like me. The size is perfect for my apartment and it is easy to move, once assembled it does not seem as heavy as the boxes were. I got the off white color and I love that too, very calming and versatile. If you are looking for a comfy couch with good support this is for you! 10/10

This is my very honest review of this couch that was a bigger purchase for me personally. I’ve had it for a month. I don’t have kids it’s just me and my large boyfriend. I’m glad I didn't go any cheaper. COMFORT: Its like a firm memory-foam cushion. Don’t expect any bounce when you plop on it after a long day. I’ve slept on it a couple times and it’s decent. Plenty of room. HEIGHT: the back of the sofa where your head is could be higher to support your neck—I’m usually laying across it for comfort. Height from the floor is fine. WEIGHT: it came in two boxes that i had to move up 3 flights of stairs. My bf and I could not carry the second box together so we disassembled it to carry it upstairs. FUNCTIONALITY: it will work for me for a few years- I can see the pillows losing shape without how much use it will get. They also need to be reshaped every few days or they start to sink into the couch. The legs on the ottoman’s regularly pop off and the bumpers for under the legs didn’t even stay on for an hour. Zippers, fabric, amount of pillows and cushions are all great so far. Knowing what I know now I would probably save for a more expensive one.

Great couch for the price. Easy to assemble and looks just like it does in the picture. The back of the couch is pretty low so If you’re on the taller side it might not be for you. Sent and packaged in 2 large boxes so was easy and convenient to move.

Overall it is a good couch for the price. It is pretty comfortable and looks good. Unfortunately I am missing a couch cushion and have not heard back from the company in regards to getting one sent to me. Per the photo you can see I am using extra pillows on the right ottoman rather than the double layered cushions provided.

Absolutely loved these couches the color is beautiful they are soft and firm they don’t sink in , the back is pretty low but it’s fine if it’s they are behind by the wall, it did take me 5 hours to build but it was worth it definitely recommend !
