I took a chance on buying a couch online, and I am very pleased with it! I waited a month before writing this review to let everyone know the pros and cons. Pros- I love how the whole couch comes apart and the cushions are interchangeable, it's very easy to clean and maintain, and the pet hair is easy to remove (it was so hard to remove on my old couch). The cushions are plush, and it is very comfortable! Cons- It took me about 4 hours to put this together, the directions were easy to follow, but it was time-consuming! I do have to fluff the cushions and we added more pillows to the couch for more comfort. Overall I highly recommend this couch! But be prepared to sweat while your putting it together! :)

Received this beauty as a Mother's Day gift, and it's been a game-changer for our living room. It arrived in two boxes—because, of course, one wouldn't suffice for this level of comfort. Assembly took about two hours, involving a bit of teamwork, some laughs, and only a few "creative interpretations" of the instructions. Once set up, it was love at first sit. The chenille fabric is soft yet durable, and the deep seats are perfect for lounging. The movable ottoman adds versatility—great for stretching out or accommodating extra guests. But the real surprise? Our pets. The dogs have claimed one side, the cat has taken the other, and we humans are negotiating for the middle. It's become the Switzerland of our household—neutral territory where everyone coexists peacefully. Overall, I like this couch. Definitely worth the value for the money. A few things I don’t care for are the fact that the back is REALLY short. If you put the couch against a wall and use a pillow for head support you’re fine. However, if not, it’s not the most comfortable. Also, if you’re tall, this couch is not for you. My husband is 6ft and I am 5 9 and our feet dangle. All that aside, it is a good quality couch. It’s sturdy, easy to build, solid, and pretty comfortable. The couch is VERY firm. So if you want something soft this is not the couch for you. The color is perfect. I got the beige and it’s works so well with anything. The directions on assembly were really good and easy to follow. Shipping was good I had no issues.

Purchased this couch because I loved the color and the price. Arrived quickly on 2 separate heavy boxes. All parts and tools were included. Instructions were pretty easy to understand. Put together in about 3 hours by myself. Took the full 72 hrs to “fluff” up. I love it. Perfect color beige. Comfortable and the perfect size!

Had a small issue with one of the couch feet but the seller graciously sent a replacement part. Absolute stellar customer service and the couch is really comfortable! It is low backed but we were able to add some pillows. Very sturdy, easy to assemble but took an hour or so, versatile and not too firm!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: For the price point it’s a great couch, it’s decently comfortable. The back is very low and I do wish there weren’t as large of gaps between the cushions. It is good for the price and we will definitely keep it it will just eventually go to the playroom versus the living room.

Overall I like this. I have it in my theatre room and it’s comfy. It is soft and looks the way the pictures suggest. A few notes: It takes longer than 72 hours to fluff up. It’s been 3 weeks and some pillows still don’t have great form. It’s not fun to put together, but it’s doable. I’d recommend buying a cheap set of Allen wrench bits and using a drill!!! I did this by hand and my hands were raw for days after. Just use a drill on lower torque and you’ll save yourself some trouble. The back is low. My husband and I are using this in a room we plan to relax/lay down in so this wasn’t a huge deal for us but if you’re buying this as a regular couch I’d keep in mind that the back is pretty low. So you won’t have great support.
