I purchased this portable AC and heater for a small cottage in my backyard, and so far it has been a great buy. Installation was simple and took about 20 minutes from start to finish. Since it’s winter, I haven’t tested the AC during very hot days yet. That said, the AC works amazingly well on milder 75-degree days and cools the space quickly. The heat function has been the real standout and works great at keeping the cottage warm. It heats evenly and doesn’t feel like it’s constantly struggling to keep up. The unit runs fairly quiet, especially in sleep mode, which is nice for longer use. The remote control is convenient and responsive. Overall, the unit feels solid and well built for the price. This has been a perfect all-in-one solution for my backyard cottage.

This portable air conditioner and heater has impressed me with how solid and well-made it feels. The casing is sturdy, and none of the components feel cheap or flimsy. The airflow is strong without being overly loud. I can’t really speak to its cooling ability (yet) because it is cold where I am, but come summer I’m sure it’ll fo the trick. The heating function works well, warming up the space evenly and efficiently. I appreciate how intuitive the controls are, making it easy to switch modes or adjust the temperature. It is easy enough to move, my wife moved it before I got home, so moving it from room to room shouldn’t be an issue. The energy efficiency also seems better than other units I’ve tried in the past. Overall, it’s proving to be a high-quality, dependable all-season unit. I’ll attach more pictures of it in the morning to show it in its final resting place. Overall very pleased!

Bought mainly for the built in heat pump. It worked for a few months but now as soon as it starts to actually try blowing air it immediately blows the circuit. Before having this issue which has rendered it unusable, I had to have it sit on a platform for the water to drain out of it into a bucket because the drain is only an inch off the floor making it next to impossible to drain. And, yes it needs to be drained constantly. In my house it needed to be drained every 2 hours before it would give me the error and shut off.

I consulted with a handyman who advised that a 115-volt AC/heater unit would be insufficient for a room the size of my living room. I am pleased to report that my experience has contradicted this assessment, as the unit performs exceptionally well. It effectively heats my living room and extends warmth to the adjacent kitchen area. The unit's vent attachment is straightforward to install, and its aesthetic appeal is notable. Initially, I encountered a minor inconvenience with manual drainage. However, I devised a practical solution by acquiring a moving dolly from Harbor Freight and positioning a Tupperware container beneath the unit to facilitate continuous drainage. This resolved the issue entirely. The unit offers several commendable features, including an excellent sleep mode and a highly effective timer function. Utilizing the timer to activate the unit an hour before waking ensures a comfortable home environment, eliminating the need to rise to a cold house. I am thoroughly satisfied with this product.

It's great unit. The multipurpose/all-in-one function is what I wanted and it is living up to my hopes and expectations. I had a different unit die on me recently and needed to replace it. It is easy to set up. It's not ridiculously loud. It's easy to operate. It seems to have been priced appropriately. It's visually nice and not an eye sore. My last test is how long it lasts and, so far it's seeming to up for the challenge. Worth while purchase to me.
