The chef in the family loves this item. It has been getting lots of miles back and forth to the work kitchen. This product wears well, looks good and has been washed as well.

When I first opened this item I was impressed by the sturdiness and quality of the item, however when I started to load my knives into it I found it to be very stiff and hard to use. I am sure since it is canvas that it will mellow with use and will be much more flexible. I think overall I will be happy with it. My only criticism would be that there is not a slot big enough for my large cleaver. Also while there seems to be enough spacing I am still going to purchase a set of blade covers to keep my knives from hitting each other.

At first I was frustrated, like some of the other reviews on here. Afterwards I realized this was very tight and hard to move, because it’s brand new. It only took a few minutes for me to wiggle my knives around in each slot to loosen them up a bit. It was a struggle getting the straps off to open it, but with each use it loosens up. Kind of like a new catchers mitt, it just needed to be broken in. I love this thing! It looks awesome, and it protects my very well. Glad i bought this.

First off the thing was hard to open then I find out that the knfe slots are too small for most knives and non adjustable so I sent it back

I’m a private chef and I travel to my clients. I love the protection and versatility this bag offers my knives. It’s stiff at first but the bag breaks in and is of the highest quality. I can even fit my wusthof mezzaluna in the zipper pouch. 👍

The knife roll is very attractive, sturdy and affordable. However the end of 2 of my knives would not fit in the stiff pockets. My 10" chef knife and my serrated bread knife would not fit. I returned it and received a full refund. Easy return.
