It was actually pretty easy to assemble alone, and I like that it sit up higher than many platform frames I've seen. It's light, but sturdy and looks pretty nice for the price.

I am not the greatest at following directions but I just set my mind to it and with a hour and 10 minutes I am laying iny new bed and it's so great . Mine was late arriving but customer service refunded the money and allowed me to keep the product , it was so u expected and quite a surprise for this disabled veteran . Got this bed frame for my 8 year old and it’s perfect! Easy to put together (put it together by myself in about an hour) tall enough to put storage under and very sturdy! The mattress does slide a little when getting in and out of bed however I feel there’s a easy solution for that!
