Very springy and bouncy. Absolutely NO support around the sides. Somewhat firm but you can feel every single spring through the extremely thin padded top. It’s been on my bed for a week and already losing shape on one side. DO NOT BUY.

I wish I video taped unboxing this mattress; it’s incredible how a relatively small and tall box (although heavy) can turn into a queen size mattress. This mattress is well made and very comfortable to sleep on and the quality appears to be excellent. There was no strong odors and while I ordered this mattress for our spare room I do enjoy laying on it when I’m chilling in my guest room. I’m very pleased with this order /mattress which is soft yet firm.

Ordering a mattress in a box is always a little nerve-wracking, but this one completely exceeded my expectations. It expanded to the full 12 inches pretty quickly and didn't have that overwhelming chemical smell that some memory foam gets. It’s the perfect balance of plush and supportive, soft enough to cradle your shoulders, but firm enough that you don't wake up with a sore back. We’ve been sleeping incredibly well on it.
