I couldn’t be any more content! Great price, easy to build, and makes 0 squeaky noises. After sleeping on it the first night I genuinely couldn’t be any happier, it even made my mattress feel much more comfortable than with the box springs I was originally using. Great height off the floor, very sturdy and does not wobble. Took me about an hour and half to build it and the hardest part was probably opening the damn box it comes in lol. Instructions are pretty clear. This is a high quality bed. It's solid wood, bamboo granted, but looks and feels real. The cross-pieces are pretty solid metal too. There's little bits of foam along the frame to reduce noise. Every now and then when I'm climbing in I do still hear some creaking but it's not a noisy bed. It's a great height and the mattress fits well between the little knifey things that hold it in place. (I'm not a huge fan of those and would rather have the mattress inset into the frame a bit so they weren't necessary, but neither of us have gotten caught on them yet.) Did have two issues with it, relatively minor for me in the end but there was a big gash in one of the boards on arrival. I haven't really noticed it since assembly so we must have gotten lucky with wherever it ended up. The other thing was easy enough for me to fix but would have been more trouble if I didn't have the tools: one of the bolt holes simply wasn't deep enough. Took a few tries to figure out what was going on. The bolt simply wouldn't screw in. Once I figured it out, I ended up having a forstner bit in my set that was just the right size and I set my depth stop to match the others and fairly easy fix. The hole ended up not being finished with the stain like the others but it's under the bolt and doesn't really matter now. ... show more
