The media could not be loaded. Received about 4 days after purchase. Initially upon opening the box, there were lots of dings and scratches. I feel like it was caused by not having enough to packaging around the frame when shoving them together in a box. Directions were just pictures, no words... so I had two similar pieces on the wrong side before figuring out I had to swap it to have it properly screwed. Overall, it is sturdy and just what I needed. It’s for my 6 year olds room and he has a king frame. I like the aesthetics; it’s semi-flat instead of rounded and it is a matte finish. No footboard because I have 3 kids that like to climb and hang on everything; plus it makes getting in and out of the bed a lot smoother. It makes the space look more open and not so tight. It helps tie his room together as we still decorate. We needed a big and inexpensive bed to accommodate family that visits throughout the year (and years to come). ... show more

The only thing I would have wanted different is they would include the pieces to keep the mattress from moving. Had one night fighting it, but I put a rug gripper under and it fixed the issue. Never thought about it moving so much.

The bed frame once built is so beautiful! It was kind of a b*tch to put together and the instructions are not very clear at all. But after a little sweat and some tears on my end my boyfriend and I got it all built. Other than that I love this bed frame! It's sturdy, doesn't really make any noise and my boyfriend and I are pretty active on it! I'd you don't mind a bit of a hassle putting it together than it's definitely worth it! ... show more

Extremely comfortable. Love this mattress. Really heavy sturdy mattress that does not transfer movement. The wife was laying on the bed and I got up and left and she was still talking to me and looked over and realized I wasn't on the bed. Really comfortable. You will not sink down into it and you can easily roll over. Great for my wife who sleeps on her back and wonderful for me as well when I sleep on my stomach. this is the second bed frame we have purchased. we loved the first one but ordered a slightly different one on the second go as it was very difficult to put linens on with both headboard and footboard. we ordered the headboard only bed the second time and it has been just as sturdy and good looking as the first. the only problem we encountered was that one of the headboard pieces did not have holes drilled into the side where you need to attached the cross piece. my husband was easily able to drill the holes. if you don't have a sturdy drill or the know how to do this you will have a difficult time putting the pieces together! ... show more
