The obvious... THIS THING LOOKS AMAZING and the color is Rose Gold!!! It looks like an inverted wedding cake. For me this was easy to install the "instructions" if you would call them that were terrible. It is a single page talking about chop sticks THIS IS NOTE A JOKE!!! I used 2 ¼ inch self tapping screws in the t bracket to catch a stud running east and west. The north and south of the bracket I used heavy duty 120 pound rated drywall anchors with ¼ inch bolts. This thing isn't going anywhere! You'll need to install the rods that hold the rings before mounting the base. Mine came with a short white wire (remote NOT TO BE WIRED TO THE HOUSE) A black wire which is the NEUTRAL and a red wire which is the LOAD/hot wire. My house is wired correctly such that white is neutral and black is hot. So for me white from house to black wire of device/LED driver and black from house to red of device/LED driver. The yellow wire from the device is the ground. Be sure to make sure all of the LED connectors are connected because after mounting the base I turned on the lights and one LED strip did not turn on. After checking there was no voltage to the board I took it down to realize it was unplugged from the LED driver. Assembly: horrible there's enough people here telling you just how bad it it because it's so tedious. Also wear protective glasses and latex gloves as the glass rods shed tiny pieces of glass when inserting the mounting hooks. The glass is very thin most likely in an effort to keep it as light as possible. I found very tiny pieces of glass on my pants, table and gloves while putting the glass rods together. VALUE: I gave 3 stars only because although this is a work of art I'm looking at the future. It will be a nightmare to replace the E14 bulbs a nightmare to clean and more importantly when the pre-installed LEDs go out there is NO WAY for the average consumer to replace them. Once they are dead the chandelier is ruined. They are not intended to be replaced and that is disappointing. A person would have to literally desolder the installed board order a 24V compatible replacement and solder the very short wires to the new board. I would suggest this chandelier for someone who is selling their home. For me I can fix just about anything. It won't be fun but I can keep it fixed if needed Note this requires 9 E14 LED bulbs. So if you have not put bulbs in the chandelier it will not turn on by flipping the light switch once. You'll hear the relay click from the chandelier but the lights will not come on. You'll have to flip the switch twice and the pre-installedLEDs will illuminate. By default the chandelier turns on the E14 bulbs then use the remote to turn on the pre-installed LED strip. But if no e14 bulbs installed you may think its not working properly ... show more

This is a good buy for the price. But buyers beware, this takes time to build (it took more more than 2 days for one person), every crystal rod require you to put the metal pins and the circle pins manually and then putting it on the chandelier will take hours. The instructions came up with this was not enough (single page, just a picture of an assemble structure), no information about what to put for the balls and for the rods. There's 3 things, angle hocks, pins and the circles. You are not going to learn from instructions which one goes where. But Kalri was super responsive and they were kind enough to share the above pictures. Hope this helps others in the same boat. Have no clue why they didn't share this with the product in the first place and also why the other reviewers who said they got the pictures didn't share it. I started putting it wrong before I received the pics, and had to go back and take a days worth of rods down and put back in the correct way. Few things to remember before you place this in the ceiling. Make sure you have the vertical metal bars connected before you connect the structure to the ceiling. Specifically if you have electricians helping with this, so setup them up early, otherwise you have to take it down from ciiling to put the vertical metal lines back up. Also I did the assembly of crystals (balls and rods) after the structure is placed on the ceiling. I don't think you can add the crystals and then attach the rings to the chandelier structure, it will be too heavy to hold. Also do this ring by ring. First place the crystal rods in the outer most layer before you place the metal ring that holds the next 3 layers. One tip, you can connect the big ring with 2 nails (there's 4 nails connected to each 4 vertical lines) and then add the rods to the opposite side and then do the same by switching the 2 nails. This way you can place the crystal rods while keeping the next ring connected. Dont add the middle and small rings until you are done with the previous layers of crystal rods and balls in the big ring and so on. As previous reviewers said, some crystal rods were broken (about 15 of them) during the shipping, I inspected them after I received one by one and send a request to Kalri via Amazon. They were super responsive, sent me the replacement crystals within couple of days. I didn't check the crystal balls, but one was damaged (I found it during the installation), luckily the original package got 2 additional crystal balls. So I suggest to double check the balls specially where the whole which connects it to the pins. Hope this helps. I do appreciate the KALRI team, I contacted them 3 times and every time they were super responsive with providing me the instructions and replacement parts. Again, this takes like forever to put it together, I'd suggest KALRI to may be add the pins to these crystals before they ship it to customers, I think that would be super helpful to get this one setup fast. ... show more

First off, the instructions are basically useless as they make absolutely no sense whatsoever. Then, if and or when you’re able to figure out how to even attach the crystals, plan on spending a considerable amount of your time in doing so. Yes, it’s very beautiful, but not sure I would have chosen this one had I known it was going to be such a hassle ... show more

This chandelier lights up a hall like no other, when all other lights are turned off it creates such ambiance. Lots of likes at the event. Will get two smaller ones for the back and front of the room. Had to call the company with a question and they were delightful to work with.

The media could not be loaded. Omg what a beautiful statement to my living room. Assembly was a challenge and time consuming but the end result was worth every second spent. The cristal balls has to be attached to the cristal tube and each tube has to be attached to the lamp, we had to install the base but something was not right so we had to uninstall. Make sure to read whatever instructions it brings. Im supper happy and for the price paid it looks very expensive ... show more
