I tend to prefer a very soft mattress. The one this replaced actually had an additional three-inch memory foam topper on it. This one is definitely firmer than what I am used to, but it has been surprisingly comfortable. After several nights of sleep, it has not created the pressure points that firmer mattresses sometimes do for me and I haven't yet regretted throwing out my memory foam topper. It came tightly rolled in a long box that was definitely ideally a 2-person lift. We allowed it to expand overnight before using it, and it seemed to gain its shape quickly. The only real difficulty was moving it from place to place; there was no other set-up needed. I feared there may be an odor from obvious off-gassing once the tight plastic covering was removed, but the mattress was delightfully odor-free upon opening. Compared with my old set-up, it has less foam. However, this mattress is comfortable without additional foam. At $299.99 for a full, the price is competitive, perhaps even downright affordable. Mattress comfort is highly personal, so you may prefer something different. Given the trial period and the ways the manufacturer stands behind the product, I think this mattress is worth a try.

These companies making very well made mattresses here in the USA of all places have really shattered the mold on what a mattress can be and where you can buy it! No longer are you paying for random mattress stores to keep their doors open, when you can get one as nice as this one shipped right to your door! The cooling works well to start, but like all mattresses it does warm up over time, but that's just thermodynamics at work. Easy to use, it's ready right out of the box, just have to be careful unpacking it. I would say the medium firm is just about right for most people and is classified correctly, it's very comfortable with minimal sinking. Highly recommend this mattress or a similar one from the same company if you're in the market for one!

I’m kind of a neat freak, so the fact that the cover is removable and machine washable sold me on this mattress. It’s so easy to keep fresh, especially with pets around. I also noticed there’s zero chemical smell—I’m guessing the copper and bamboo charcoal in the foam really work to absorb odors naturally.
