These seem nice, they're heavy and were fairly easy to install but I can't tell if the issue with my gate door is with this or the doors themselves. There is actually a problem with my fence doors, they weren't installed correctly and are scheduled to be redone so this might be an issue with my doors because these seem to pull them in a bit but not enough for the doors to close - so again, could be the fence.

I love this contraption. My family and especially the dog's are constantly in and out of the house, doors constantly left open. Now, the old wood doors close automatically behind the busy bodies and that means everything. No more figuring out why the house is cold again, only to find the doors wide open. No power, no Internet, no air pressure thingy at the top of the door, no anything needed, just the spring and the screws. Now, voila, an automatically closing door. Four screws and you're done 👍. These were on the doors of the brownstone of my parents home. I was so happy to find them. Efficient and old school charm. PS. The spring is very strong. I should be happy about this purchase for years and years.

Does it close the gate? Yes. That’s the only positive thing I have. Cheap screws. Gate slams when it’s loosened all the way. C- wouldn’t recommend
