Surprisingly powerful for the price. I only needed a lower-priced Window 10 machine for a project I'm working on. Actually, I didn't expect much more than the basics for the price. I only have to run a couple of PC-only applications. I ended up enjoying using it so much, that on the day I received it, I spent the entire day using it. I found the Fusion5 easy to set up. It walked me through each step and there was nothing confusing or any technical issues. Updating Windows 10 only required a button click. The computer has an attractive design and is lightweight. When I registered the Laptop with Fusion for the warranty, it was easy to do on their website. I also received an email confirming my warranty registration. It included the name of the person to contact if I had any issues. They even offered three additional months of warranty for registering. I have full confidence that if I run into technical issues, I can depend on Fusion5 helping me. I highly recommend them. ... show more

    • Going back and forth with seller about a refund or with new not refurbished. Shuts off every sec.
I thought this was a good deal and all I needed. I would not recommend this laptop for anyone. Terrible. For this price I could have gotten an HP. Still no resolution. 14 months later laptop still doesn't work. I ordered a new charger last week and still doesn't work. I bought it as a gift to my wife. She's using it daily for her online class. Suddenly the laptop doesn't work. It has power but the screen was totally black.. And now she cannot use it anymore. :(
