I use this unit in my living room as it's the warmest area of the house. The unit cools up to 700 Square feet and does a very good job. The temps where I am located have been hovering above 100 degrees for the last week or so and this unit is perfect! The noise that the unit makes is SLIGHTLY above average and may be annoying to some, but it's not bothersome for me. Overall, I am very pleased with the purchase!

Ordered one of these over two months ago and it worked great then a couple of weeks ago it quit and showed an error code. Got a hold of support and Iven helped me through steps to diagnose the problem. It was determined that a sensor had gone bad and could not be repaired. He arranged a new one sent to me and I have to thank Iven for his help. I use it in my shop and need both heat and air and this is the perfect product. Thank you.

Piece of junk won't blow hot air after barely over a year. UPDATE: their support continues to lie about the basic operation of an AC system. Thankfully Amazon stepped in and took care of this. Will NEVER buy from this company again.

I purchased this portable air conditioner for an enclosed porch with casement windows. I could not use a window unit because it would not fit. The unit came with a window mount for the exhaust which can be mounted vertically or horizontally. The included window exhaust kit was too short for my windows so I ordered a longer one from Amazon. The unit has been in operation for several days now and is quiet and efficient. It can be controlled by an app on your phone or by a remote. It cools well and is keeping the room at a balanced temperature despite large sunny windows on 3 sides of the room. I would recommend this unit. Update: The portable air conditioner developed a problem with an error code related to drainage after 1 month of service. The manufacturer's service representative was very responsive and tried to fix the problem. When the problem reoccurred they shipped me an entirely new air conditioner to replace the malfunctioning unit. Great service and great warranty. I would highly recommend them.

The unit works great after the first week... the only downside so far is the REPEATED CLICKING sound when in heat mode... the unit will click Loudly (like an electrical circuit switching on and off) as many as 5 times... this action repeats several times (at least 10) over the course of a night... it is loud enough to wake you up from over 20 feet away... Note: The cause of the clicking is explained in the user manual... The unit does heat and cool well... and does not click in cool mode.

This unit was easy to set up. It only took about 10 minutes to put the few parts together and it was quickly cooling everything down. Likes: We only have used the AC and Fan options and these both worked well. The room where we set this up was noticeably cooler in less than 30 minutes. The noise was fine for us since we usually need white noise to sleep. Dislikes: It is a bit heavier and more awkward than I anticipated based on other reviews we read. Having 2 people to get it out of the box and into location makes it much easier especially since you can't tip it. We really needed the cord to be about 2 feet longer. We also had better luck using the remote than the buttons on the machine. It seemed like there was a big delay. We also wish there was an option to keep the fan running even after the AC has stopped. Our sleep was very interrupted the first night with the machine going and then quiet when it had reached the proper temperature. Overall though we are very happy and are glad we made the purchase.

The media could not be loaded. Have been using it for about 6 hours so far so good. I love that it dose not require constant draining. The part that goes in the window the two parts that slide together were to l9ng could only use one. Then cut off part of a blue floating noodle to fit the open area. Just ordered the dual hose version of this for the upstairs. I bought a 100 year old house vauled at 120k for 50 k. Price low because no heating/cooling. The house very difficult to fit a modern day central air. Was 100 degrees today using this product with the older portable ( different brand) was able to cool the main floor. I found it not to be loud at all actually like the sound so I don't hear the nouse outside.
