Love this couch! I ordered chase with ottoman..Put in spare room that has become a TV room. Arrived in 3 boxes, boxes are heavy but one person can move them around... Couch is Way way Better than what I expected, no assembly at all. Just carefully open packages to not cut fabric, and it will slowly plump up. Easy for anyone to handle and move around, you can shape into a U shape or put ottoman in middle and easily have room enough for 2 adults 6ft+, to comfortably lay and watch TV and fall asleep . Love the wide arms, wide and sturdy enough to set drinks or plates on even though I use coasters, and wide edge on back...yet the arms and back are flexible enough to lay your head on This is a Great piece of furniture. Well made... pillows are huge and nice, covers are removable. Love the cushion tops on the seats and ottomans, gives you extra comfort. Also has 2 smaller throw pillows. Made the decision to get a new couch. Researched the this style, given the reasonable price, bought one. Shipping took a while but it arrived in two different dates in three boxes. Vacuumed packed. There was no assembly. Cut the bags open and it inflates. Instantly. It sits directly on the floor which is great as nothing gets under it. The quality is great and appears very durable. Incredibly comfortable and sturdy. About 16 inches in height. As well, all the covers on the cushions and body are removable for cleaning. For the price, an incredible value. On note. This couch is so wonderful! I’d never purchased a “boneless” couch before, and was nervous to buy this one even though the reviews are great. Not only did the couch come early (yay!) it also was incredibly easy to set up. Just open the package and boom - out explodes a couch. These photos were taken not even 20 minutes after set up. I bought the camel color, which is a pretty neutral that could easily pull a muted brown or a more beige-ish grey depending on your decor. The fabric is comfortable and unbelievably cozy (weenie dog approved), and it fits perfectly in my space. The ottoman easily turns the couch into a sleeper sofa or dual chaise situation, or can stand alone, so it’s very versatile for my smaller space. Best purchase ever. It is firm and doesn’t feel like you’re sinking into it, while also not feeling like a rock. I’m obsessed. Just buy it!! Can’t be sure how it’ll hold up over time yet, but it feels like a solid piece of furniture and does not at all seem fragile. ... show more

really skeptical about buying a boneless couch but my first package came earlier than expected! just received my second package (left side) and have one more on the way. comes already pretty comfortable but once it firms up after 24+ hours it’s even better. very pretty and good size.

This couch is amazing! Great quality for the price and it inflated to full size almost instantly. By the next morning it looked very fluffy. This picture was immediately after opening. It feels very sturdy to sit or lay on. The arm rests are very sturdy and comfortable. The accent pillows are comfortable and a nice touch. The texture is very cozy and it has zippers to take off and wash when needed. Very good buy. Will buy again for a different space for sure. ... show more

Comfortable enough but not ideal for sitting or just “living on”. This is a couch to lay down on. Not to sit!! If you are tall, your knees will go above your thighs when seated. The back is short and not comfortable to lean against with the provided pillows. I would not recommend this couch!

Nice and firm without being too firm. Use it every day and still no dips or sags. Affordable and have no issues with cats scratching it like other couches. The back is kind of low, but not a deal breaker.
