Just got it today so wear and tear not reviewed. What I can say for a 4 person couch this is massive! Texture is so soft I just keep petting it lol. As for the cloud or boneless part I was very nervous about but it is very firm but yet comfortable. I’m 160 lbs and can sit and walk in it with out it sinking in. If I had to make one complaint it’s that the back rest behind the pillows is low so you do have to sit relaxed or slouch sit but im ok with that.

Absolutely love this couch. I had a small concern, but the seller figured it out, and the package arrived quickly. I has this item in my cart for weeks before I ordered but I'm so glad I did. Fabric is so soft. On the firmer side but feels sturdy and as a mother of 2 kids I feel it will hold up. Very easy to assemble. Came in 3 boxes.

It’s comfortable BUT the shipping sucks. You get one piece at a time and comes in 4 parts so that’s why shipping is so expensive. But in the end it’s actually really nice quality. It’s firm enough to hold anyone even plus sized people . And it’s BIG.
