Excellent couch. Got the chaise and the ottoman one in black. Expands nicely and very easily. I would put it against a wall so you can put extra pillows behind the main pillows if you are tall. Couch is firm but it will gradually soften as time goes on. If you have small kids this couch is the safest couch as there is nothing hard on it. My 4 yr old grandson loves to jump on it and also take a nap. The fabric is soooo comfortable and soft. Wipe up messes easily. Can move ottoman to middle or one side. It fits a lot of us. It’s worth it. I was tired of looking for couches that were not comfortable and were expensive.

This couch is VERY comfortable! As all the other reviews rave about it is wonderful to not have to assemble anything. Just remove from the box, carefully remove from plastic wrap and allow it time to expand. It's the most favorite spot in our house for the whole family now. Our family of 5 fits very comfortably on it. The backrest is very low, so it's much more for lounging on which suits us perfectly. Its firm but gives in just the right way so no pressure points. Its very sturdy! The fabric is so soft and easy to wipe clean and it has a zipper so you can remove the whole cover! We had an issue with one of our sections and I reached out to the seller and they were extremely prompt in reply and they solved the entire issue without any headache at all! Fantastic product; fantastic customer service. Its a win all around!

Firstly, this couch is HUGE! It ended up pushing us closer to our tv. Very wide couch cause of the backing is wider than usual. It's okay! Not complaining! The seats are deep! Which was what I was looking for in a couch. Super soft and feels luxurious. You work really "sink" into the couch like a beanbag there's so much support cause it's such a thick piece of foam. It's actually a pretty good height considering that it sits on the ground. If you're someone who wants back support, this is not for you. This is more for someone who wants to lounge around during Netflix and chill 😂 super easy to assemble. Just cut open and it is practically full size already. We didn't even wait for it to expand 3 days and just sat on it with a lot of support. It's quite heavy , I'm 5'5 average build and I have trouble lugging it around. Husband said comfort level 7/10 but to me I looks like an 8-9 . He's been glued to it since we opened it up. Highly recommend. Oh but ours didn't come with the rolls behind the back pillows..i saw on some of the reviews that they have rolls behind the back pillows, mine didnt. I got the grey one. Husband knocked out on it the first night so definitely husband approved. I just wish they sold individual pieces so people can buy the extra pieces if they want to expand from a two section to three

Stiff but comfy. Package came in two separate boxes, delivered different days. Aesthetically pleasing and it’s size is just right. Material seems well-made. No assembly needed, just pop it right of the box. It does weigh a bit so move it with care. Overall, good for the buck.

Absolutely shocked!! My wonderful wife insisted on getting a new couch and found this online. TBH I had my doubts about this couch! I was pleasantly surprised! The packaging was water tight, set up was a breeze. The feel of the fabric is very soft to the touch which is very important to my wife and she approves. I had my doubts about the firmness of the couch but it’s good! Not so firm that it’s uncomfortable, and not too soft that you sink in, it’s just right. The one thing that sticks out to me versus conventional couches it’s there’s no crevices for debris to get down into, it seems like it would be extremely easy to keep clean. The only issue I had with the couch is that the last package took a smidge longer to arrive, which was fine. It really gave a chance for their customer service to shine, when I reached out they were very responsive and didn’t run around the bush. They said it would be a few more days and provided me with a tracking number for the remaining package.

We have had this couch for about 3 weeks so far and we love it. I am 6'2" and 275lbs, I have had 3 back surgeries and the only time I am in zero pain is when im laying on the chaise lounge. Its a little on the smaller side but we have a small house so it fits perfectly. I cant speak on the durability because we have only had it for a short time but it seems to be pretty sturdy.
