As a young adult, I have only ever purchased one other sofa in my life and that was some overpriced Ashley furniture loveseat, and it was awful. This sofa... thhiiisss dang sofa. 10/10. I was so skeptical but I thought ya know, I'm not about to buy some fancy $1k sofa this go around. I want something simple and comfy and fits my rather small home. Shipping: both boxes arrived like a week earlier than estimated, which was a great surprise. Unboxing: each piece (I have the 2 piece version) came in its own box. Fairly heavy boxes but I dragged them inside easily. The pieces are air tight wrapped into plastic. Slides out of boxes easily. Unwrapping: I used scissors and just... cut carefully. The second you cut the layer closest to the sofa and air hits it, it starts to expand very very fast. No fumes or weird smells. It was a tad bit fuzzy so once they were expanded I did a quick vacuum over each sofa piece and pillow. Set up: once the pieces were unwrapped and expanded, theyre slightly heavy/bulky pieces but they move easily, push and pull. It took maybe 3 hours for both pieces and pillows to be fully poofed. I floofed my pillows a bit to help them along and take shape. The fabric is so incredibly soft and with daily use, 2 cats and a border collie, its also holding up incredibly well. Its been a couple/few weeks abd so far, zero complaints. Its pretty firm but not like you're sitting on a hard bench or anything. There's just enough give for it to be supportive and comfortable. I have it backed up to a large living room window. The back of the sofa is lower than your typical sofa, but the pillows help with this. Again- its very comfortable and I have zero complaints. If you want full back support and or to be able to lean back and rest your head while still sitting upright- this isnt for you. Read the description carefully, study the dimensions carefully, read the reviews, before purchasing. I am so happy I took a chance and bought this. Amazing couch! I’m a college student and was looking for a cheap but good quality couch, and this is perfect! Inflates very fast, but let it rise for the 72 hr time period. Very affordable compared to every other couch. Overall very comfortable. Pretty firm but that means it will last!

Beyond impressed at the quality comfort and shape. It instantly took shape with no issues. Super easy set up. Dimensions are perfect. Not to close to the ground. Feels very durable. Was worried it would be cheap couldn’t be more impressed. Only thing I wish was offered was to be able to buy separate covers as a backup from the company that would be a perfect fit. Hopefully the seller will offer that eventually as I plan to keep this couch for a long time. I did reach out and ask, they were very responsive although they said it wasn’t offered. Overall beyond impressed, does not feel cheap at all and cannot beat the price. I don’t see how anyone could have any complaints. I will never buy a normal couch again. ... show more

Great couch. Wasn’t sure about the expandable structure, but actually works great. Once it expanded to full size, it is very comfortable! Just as advertised. Ordered on a Thursday night and was delivered by Saturday morning. I live in a 4th floor walk-up and I carried it up myself; easy to set up. I didn't want to go through moving a heavy couch in the future in case I moved so I got this couch. The wide arm rests are great, the foam quality is nice and firm, it could be a little too firm for some but for the money, quality, and how easy it was to get delivered, its a great value. I spent days looking at this couch online and reading reviews before deciding to take the plunge and buy it. I will first talk about shipping. It arrived in two shipments, two days apart. The ottoman arrived first as it came from California and the couch pieces arrived in a second shipment as they came from Canada. The couch pieces are heavy but I was able to get the up to the second floor of our townhome by flipping the boxes up the stairs. It was a fabulous workout! As everyone else has stated, unboxing is easy but you do have to be careful when opening the vacuum packaging. Once you let the air in, they open immediately. As others have stated, the is a FIRM couch but we LOVE it. You don't sink in to it but it is comfortable. The entire couch is made of high density foam so that is why it is firm to sit on. As you will see in the photos, you will probably need to put pillows to bolster the back if you like to sit on it as well as lounge. My husband is a lounger and I sit more upright, and the pillows definitely help with back support for me. Be sure to measure as it is quite big, even though it says two seater you can fit 4 people on this thing. Its a good looking piece of furniture and I really like how it looks in our living room. Our older couch was dark grey and we went with the Camel colour and I am glad that I did. The camel has a grey base so it goes well with everything else and overall brightens the space. Overall, so far we really like it and we are happy with the purchase. I will update my review in a couple of months for an update on how the fabric is holding up to daily life. ... show more
