Like most people, I was pretty skeptical about buying a couch on Amazon, especially at such an affordable price. After my experience, I'm glad I took the chance. I recently moved into a new apartment and wanted something to fill my living room without spending thousands of dollars at a furniture store. Most traditional couches are expensive, heavy, and a hassle to transport. This one solved all of those problems. The couch arrived in a few relatively small boxes, which honestly confused me at first. I couldn't imagine how a full-size couch could fit inside them. Once I opened the boxes, I realized each section was vacuum-sealed. After cutting the plastic, the pieces slowly expanded, and before long I had a full-size couch sitting in my living room. It was actually pretty cool to watch. The fabric is soft, comfortable, and perfect for an apartment or anyone looking for a cozy place to relax. It's great for watching movies or taking a nap. The only thing to be aware of is the back support. The backrest sits around the middle of my back rather than supporting my shoulders, so if you're someone who likes to sit perfectly upright for long periods, that may not be ideal. However, the included pillows provide additional support, and personally, I tend to lounge and recline rather than sit straight up, so it hasn't been an issue for me at all. Overall, for the price, I think this couch is an excellent value. It's comfortable, easy to get into your home, and looks great. After a lot of "window shopping" for a new sectional sofa, I saw this one and fell in love with the style and the price. Lived with our new sofa for a couple of weeks now, and we just love it more and more. It is firm, but comfortable, fabric is soft and it is easy to set up and move around. The only downside is that the back of the sofa is too low to completely support the back pillows, but I fixed that with rectangular bolster pillows placed behind the back pillows. This sofa replaces a 12 year old Ikea sectional that was more expensive and not nearly as comfy. I just wish there was a way to order replacement covers in case I want to change the color! ... show more

I’ve had this couch a few days now, and now that it is fully expanded I have to say that I love it. It’s firm, but not hard. The material is so soft. I saw several people say it has no back support, but it supports my back just fine. Maybe if you’re really tall it might not be very supportive, but I’m 5’5’ and I think it has great support. I also think it looks fantastic in my living room. The ONLY downside I can see so far is that it sits pretty low to the ground. The seat height is only a little over 15 inches, so keep that in mind if you have a hard time getting up from low places. Other than that, I’m loving this couch! ... show more

We’ve been super pleased with this couch. I got it for the our game room - we have 2 boys and lots of rowdy friends. It doesn’t sit up super high in the back- but for the price and function it’s worth it.

We really really like our couch! I had read some reviews saying it had low back support and I agree with that. We added some pillows behind the pillows it came with for a little extra support and it was perfect! It was very easy to assemble, literally all you needed to do was open the box and give it a few days to fully firm up! It is also a great size!! We did the three seater with an ottoman and my whole family can lounge in it! We did have one small issue with one of our boxes that I contacted customer support about and they were so kind and helped us find a solution very quickly!! Some other bonuses are: the arms are really wide and can fit my laptop on them so I can do my homework easily and my son has decided it’s the perfect place to practice dive rolls and so far the couch is really holding up!! I thought I took a proper couch video? But apparently I didn’t, so here is the couch in the wild being jumped on while my son practices his end of dance poses. ... show more

I am surprised at how many great reviews this has and no one is talking about how it has no back support? I can’t sit on this or lounge for too long because my back starts to hurt. I need 3 pillows propped up behind me just to watch a movie. It’s great to sit and chat with friends, it’s big enough, but not to sit a long time. The back is too low. It was easy to put together. It’s sturdy and pretty firm. Pretty nice to sleep on. But not great for sitting and the arms are not firm so you will fall if you sit on the edge. Lesson learned. ... show more
