This is actually a pretty good couch. The "boneless" aspect takes some getting used to, but it is fairly sturdy. My son has been jumping around on it like a regular couch and it supports me with ease at 211-213lbs. For me it is very comfortable for lounging on, but not great for a long night of sleep. I was confused as to they wanted you to wait 48-72hrs to use it. Mine took full shape within 24 hrs. Some parts are firmer than others, but nothing drastic. It takes a few days to fully puff up and gain its full shape. For me, it took 2 days to fully puff out and there's still a corner that hasn't gotten its shape fully, yet. The pillows don't get really puffy. But its very sturdy and comfortable. I fell asleep on it and its just like a really firm memory foam mattress, just about. My kids love these as well and my pets. I ordered this couch after I read all the good reviews but I wish someone had mentioned how low it is to the ground, I’m currently in the process of trying to find furniture risers to raise it up. & also the back of the couch if it doesn’t set on the wall you’d get hardly any support bc the pillows do not fluff well at all! I like the texture and the firmness. But I’m 5’2 and it’s hard for me to stand up after sitting on it. When I stand up the couch doesn’t even go to my knees. So if you order please add furniture risers to your order and also bigger fluffier pillows to support your back more. ... show more

Great couch especially if you have small kids that like to eat and play with toys on the couch. I like how it came packaged in one box, super easy to move into my living room and easy to take out the box. Fabric is soft cozy and doesn’t look or feel cheap. It fits well in my small living room.
