Super comfy and cozy, easy to “set-up”. Boxes are heavy and there is a fair amount of plastic. I set it up myself, but I’m not sure many women could do it alone like I did. I’m in decent shape and it was a workout! Fluffing the pillows and backrest took a lot of energy. It wouldn’t be a good couch if you are taller than 5 ft 9 inches (product dimensions tell you this), the chaise lounge would be too short. Hoping it stands the test of time! Ordered on Monday night, delivered Friday! A traditional sectional would have cost double!

The media could not be loaded. Nice, soft and sturdy. Only thing that makes this 4 star and not 5 star is it sits low on the floor. Easy fix, I'm going to buy couch feet to get off floor. Other than that, I love it!

Aim to sit in the middle of the seats. You will have less sag issues than if you sit on edges. Very well made. Good price for amount of couch you get. Fills our small family room. Soft where it counts and firm we're it's needed. Easy to maneuver.
