I’m in love with this couch! It came in a few different boxes and I was honestly shocked that it all fit in there! Very easy to put together by yourself if you have a little extra time! It is SO soft and comfy! Customer service was prompt and great when I had questions. 10/10 recommend!!

The couch came in three packages two came via FedEx the third came via UPS and we did not receive shipping information for the one that came through UPS so we thought that we were only getting half of a couch. After the couch was received and assembled. It only took about an hour with two of us to assemble a couch. The material is very soft and comfortable. The cushions are a bit firm to sit on. The back cushions are fairly thin and did not fluff up very much after removing the vacuum seal. I tried to put them in the dryer for a few minutes with no heat and that helped a little bit the covers are removable so it may help to buy better pillows for the inserts. The couch is pretty low to the ground. Overall, I am happy with my purchase for the price. I do think it could be a little bit more comfortable. It looks great in my living room. ... show more
