5 boxes came. The cushions were all vacuum sealed. The cushions never poofed up. It was a pain putting the back part on. The holes weren't lining up This is low to the ground. Very hard to sit on. This would be perfect for little people. Don't waste your money.

This couch is exactly what I wanted, but, it is not soft or comfortable I like the length and I like the fact that I can sit on this couch with my feet flat on the floor at 5 foot one that doesn’t happen very often. Seller sent me the wrong color hassocks but but quickly responded with a replacement of the right color. . They also let me keep the wrong color hassocks so I have extra seating.
