Good construction and good pizzas

I felt like I was taking a chance buying from an unproven manufacturer. It was a good decision. It has exceeded expectations in every way except for perhaps the touch controls. The top window is more useful than I expected. The door feels like a vault door. The learning curve was low. It's really far nicer than the price would suggest. 2-month update: Still 5 stars. Really great purchase. The good: -It cooks pizza great. Professional results. It's allowed me to begin to master different styles. I was coming from using a regular residential oven with a pizza steel. This oven gets to higher temperatures and allows the user to cook styles that require higher temperatures: New Haven, Neapolitan, et al. This oven is perfect for New Haven pizza at 650f. - My initial review complimented it's quality and sturdiness. It's held up. 2 months and using it almost every day, it's functioning perfectly. Downsides - It does not have dual temperature control for upper and lower elements. I've adapted by par-cooking crusts for some styles - just a minute or minute and a half. It did not advertise dual temperature control so I can't dock it any points. - As mentioned, the touch controls are not my favorite. They're not so bad as to make a bad experience. Sometimes you have to hit a button twice to get it to actuate. And sometimes a button will actuate with a slight, accidental touch. Not a huge deal to me - I wouldn't let it dissuade you from purchasing the oven. Just an observation. - Some nooks and crannies can be tough to clean - cornmeal or semolina flour can get into the cracks. I've found that a handheld vacuum is the best solution. Not needed after every cook but it can use it every so often. Again, I cook pizza almost every day. That's about 60+ pizzas at this point. No issues. No breakdowns. It's in great condition. With the lack of volume of reviews, if I was looking to purchase, I'd be a little skeptical. This is a real review. I didn't get the oven for free. I use it regularly. And I'm confident that it should be sold at a higher price and that it is as good or better than the higher priced competitors on the market.

Used tonight. I must say it was better than any pizzas around here. Crust was perfect. I did have to turn it once during baking because 1 side seems to get done quicker. I think it will be easier the more I make. But learning all the buttons and bells is probably the hardest for me. So far I’m very happy with it. And would recommend.

Easy quick home made pizza.

Quick and easy to use, small enough to move around but it is hefty and feels premium. Heats up super fast and evenly cooked my entire pizza. I haven't tried it, but it can be used for other food items besides pizzas. Like roasting chicken. Looking forward to seeing what all I can cook with this.
