This drawer is exactly what it says it is. Works great and was easy to install. Honestly if i could install this thing, anyone can. :) One minor thing i would consider if i ever need another cash drawer is that it cannot be opened without the key. This item wasn’t a bad buy..works well but doesn’t work with every software…be sure to check if your not using POS then u will have to manually open the draw. Overall a lot of space and easy to use.
