This radio is of good quality, the screen is responsive, colors are vibrant and sharp. The instructions are written well and easy to follow with great pics making installation a breeze! The center dash bezel makes the radio look like it came from the manufacturer this way. My android phone connects seamlessly both with Android Auto & BT...using phone as WiFi hotspot is seamless as well making it easy to stream music through the radio while driving. Some info that will help make your installation in Ram truck: GPS antenna: Ram trucks have a shelf in the dash under the light sensor cover. With the center dash bezel removed, you can easily snake the GPS cable through. I used a length of wire to snake it through. The most difficult part is getting around the defrost vent as the shelf is just behind it. It takes patience...you'll see how easy it is once you get it through. Attach the GPS connector to the wire/snake with tape (using electrical tape) and pull it through. If you have an aftermarket amp as I do, you will need to splice in to the speaker output wires. I prefer to splice in to the radio's harness so if I get rid of the truck, I can install the original radio and have the truck's harness intact. As a personal preference for running/hiding the USB connectors, I cut a hole in the top of the bezel shelf (like my bezel had) to drop the USB connectors through. They are out of sight and within easy reach if I need them. I did, however, encounter a some minor issues: 1) The SWC for scrolling through radio station presets is mirrored- pressing up on SWC scrolls down on radio...volume SWC is perfect. 2) The storage cubby on the left side could not be inserted with this center dash bezel as its placement is pushed farther down & left due to screen size. I didn't take that into consideration- minor issue. - Note: My 1500 is column shift and came with a bench front seat. I installed a floor console/dash bezel from a 2012 Ram 2500 that was column shift as well. I had to make minor adjustments that would not have to be made on a 1500. 3) The small WiFi wire antenna does not get good reception from my home WiFi...radio cannot download updates/apps/etc. so I have to use my phone as a WiFi hotspot. An external antenna would help with better reception at home especially when setting up the radio. These are very minor issues but they do not, in my opinion, take away from the quality of this radio. This radio is the best large screen radio I've installed in my truck- have tried 10" radios up to a 13.8" tesla style radio. This is the one I'm sticking with, my search is over! ... show more

I have bought MANY of the other "Tesla" style radios for these rams, and this one is so much cleaner looking and better overall! Not to mention it's so much cheaper! A++ communication from the seller as well I appreciate the sale! Will buy again and recommend to others!

Easy install, everything fit great and no issues whatsoever. Only small gripe is that they don’t offer a different color bezel, doesn’t perfectly match my 2012 ram 3500 limited trim color now. But I plan to wrap both.

Got this radio as a gift for my boyfriend for his 2012 ram 1500. It looks amazing. He paid somebody to install it. He didn’t do him himself, but it wasn’t too expensive to get that done.

I really wanted this radio to work with my 2018 Ram 2500 but it will only work if you have a center console. My truck has a jump seat. The reason for the lower rating is because I didn't see any where in the description saying that you have to have a center console to install the radio. I am returning the item. For those with a console this looks like it was built very well I just can't use it in a Tradesman truck. ... show more

Looks great and all functions worked. However not made to fit a truck without the center console and had to keep resetting the unit every couple days by pushing a small object into the side of where the vents are
