I bought this net to protect my fence from my son's Lacrosse practice. As you can see, the net (shown behind his rebounder) sags significantly in the middle. This picture was taken 7 days after net assembly and all the parts are intact....it just seems like a poorly designed and engineered product. I will be returning

The media could not be loaded. Quality is great and I think it wasn’t as expensive as others that we saw. Setting it up was pretty easy my husband put it together. It was very easy to assemble and I’d like to think it’s pretty strong. My son’s basketball bounces off of it all the time he’s playing. The size was perfect and exactly what we needed. We haven’t had it long enough to know is it damages quickly but for now it’s doing its job.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This backstop net was cheaper than others for the size and color. Works great for keeping baseballs out of the trees in the yard.

Bought to keep balls out of neighbors’ yards. After assembly just a little torque on the bottom bars while moving it sheared off the metal nub that helps secure the connection of the bottom rods (see photo). Assembly was straightforward, though the instructions indicate using 3 bottom bars and there are 4, and there are pads covering the hooks at the base so it was not immediately obvious where to put the net loops at the bottom corners of the net. The photo in the instructions is low resolution on my set and it looked like the loop was just put over one of the stems at the corner of the base. There is a nice little hook under the pads placed there to protect the holes during packing and shipping. In retrospect knowing what to look for in the photo I can make it out. Tip for securing the top of the net: slide the net toward the top of the side poles, place the loop on the top of the pole and the let the net fall. The side poles aren’t that sturdy and bend enough to allow you to do it without getting on a chair/ ladder. Didn’t seem sturdy after assembly but because the bottom pole connector sheared off we didn’t use it. Will update review about how well it works if I can get a replacement base rod (bottom connection tube (B) in the instructions). EDIT: MAR 2024. Returned my initial one and bought a new one. We have used the replacement frequently to stop balls from getting in the neighbor's yard. Has worked very well. Since I know the spring loaded nubs holding the bottom bar can shear off easily, I have been careful to not allow any twisting while moving it. So far so good.

I have cats and like to practice my golf swings. This net accomplish two objectives for me. It stopped my cats from entering neighbor’s yard next door as the net will fall on them should they try to climb the net. While I get to practice my golf swing for low flying shots in backyard. It was east put together and good tensile strength. we had gusty winds yesterday which stood the wind gusts. Nice looking designed net. We ended up not needing the net to be at 10-feet tall. So we installed our net with 2 sticks on each side instead of the 3 sticks on each side. And it is tall enough for us. Should we need to raise it, we can always add the third stick on each side to raise the net height to 10-feet.
