This 16 mil tarp (material) is far better than others that I’ve used in the last dozen years to use on a 10’X 20’ portable car port. Others claim to be “heavy duty”, but this one truly is. I installed it several weeks ago when outside temps were in the upper 90’s. A little advise when using in this application in hot weather; after installing, anchor and tie down loosely for several days for it to acclimate to the weather, as it may shrink in the heat. Should not have any problems if using the tarp to drape over items. So far, so good, winter is coming, time will tell. Great customer service, quick response. ... show more

Because it is not custom fitted to the coop it is a bit loose in spots, but it has withstood the wind very well and is heavy enough that it lays very smoothly over the coop. It really seemed that it was going to be a good tarp to protect my pool equipment. It only lasted about 4 months and now it has a big tear down the middle from side to side. I bought this smaller size for the back of my Subaru Outback which on a weekly basis is put to work hauling four bales of hay. You can imagine the mess but this tarp is large enough to keep most of the debris out of the back seat floor area and folded down seat backs, plus side coverage in the cargo area. With the grommets, I clip the tarp to the front seat headrests. Unload the hay, pull out the tarp and 90% of the debris is gone, the rest easily blown out with the leaf blower and no messy back seat floor area. So, it was a $12 tarp or a $42,000 pickup truck to haul hay - I went with the tarp. ... show more
