Saved up for this purchase. Bought the Creality because the printers were always good. Received the Laser on time and in great condition. But, have not been able to use it. The printer ships with a SD card that has the needed machine files for it to work seamlessly with LightBurn, test files, and instructions. The SD card that came with this machine was blank and non formatted, no files. Have tried for the last 5 days to get help from Creality to get the needed files. Looked online, and on the Creality support site. At the writing of this review still no help from Creality. The device is basically a brick. I did get in contact with a support agent via chat on the Creality web site. the agent said he would forward my concern and I would be contacted. I asked for contact information or support ticket number for reference and he stopped the chat. So, the hardware might be really good, but if you have a problem you will be on your own! You will need to decide if this is worth the price if you have a issue. I will cut my losses and send this back to Amazon as a damaged device.

This product does a great job! Easy to install and the air assist make a huge difference!! I highly recommend air assist for laser work! The lens has become a little yellowed. I now discover that Creality doesn't sell replacement parts for this. They seem to have many parts for 3D printer products, but not much for their laser products. I have been working with tech support for about a week. It takes 1-2 days between communications. I have sent detailed pics, but they still insist on seeing a video... there is nothing to video on a yellowed lens. I am willing to purchase the lens, but can't find anywhere to buy it. Hoping tech support will at least give me that option. I would suggest researching other brands and their parts availability before purchase. Again... great product, just disappointed in parts availability.
