Bought 2 of these all but one battery was working won’t take a charge shows blinking red on top. I like the charger/case easy to use. The store page doesn’t have a contact us so unable to ask about replacement of faulty battery

Decided to give these a shot because my normal rechargeable batteries, and most normal batteries in general didn't provide enough power to run my Blink cameras. I didn't want to keep buying the expensive lithium batteries to get the sustained 1.5volts needed so I tried these. So far I've had a pair in my driveway camera for about a month. The camera has worked perfectly though sustained subfreezing temperatures and high traffic. The batteries and the charger feel high quality, and have worked for exactly what I needed.

Purchased these batteries in November of 2024. Charged them according to instructions and put them in a security camera. This past weekend they showed they needed to be charged. put them in the charger that was provided for them. Within a few minutes it showed them fully charged. Put them back in the camera and they are only half charged. They wont take a full charge. Pure garbage. another set of rechargeable batteries bought within a week of these used in another security camera needed charging as well. They took 6 hours to recharge and show as fully charged in the camera. need to be refunded. these Rechargeable batteries certainly should last longer than 2 chargings!!!!
