The media could not be loaded. A+ machine. We cleaned it and then we decided to start with ice cream. We followed the instructions and made vanilla ice cream. It took around 20-25 minutes for the mixture to freeze and it was fantastic! The cone holder on the side is a nice feature too! My kids went crazy for this and they are excited to make other flavors! Highly recommend and you don’t have pre-freeze the mixture like you have to do with other ice cream makers.

This machine broke after couple uses. Way too expensive to be using it for ice cream twice. I would give it zero star if I could. I was really excited abt features and all this machine offers. But after 2 uses its broke and the seller would not answer after messages.
