Couch is comfortable but firm. Took us a while to assemble but wasn’t bad. Tip: put the screws in the couch back and arms prior to attaching it to be base. Couch is sturdy! No smell. Color is exactly as pictured. It came missing one L shaped leg. Tried to reach out but the email provided by Amazon Customer service was not correct, and I can’t figure out how to reach out to the seller. If the seller can reach out to send me one L shaped leg. Pros: • Free shipping (to AK!) • Came a day early and arrived with all components (6 boxes total ranging from 35-75lbs) •Decent price point •Color was accurate to the picture • Couch cushions and pillow covers come off completely for easy washing. •Ottomans move independently. •Velcro on the seats so the cushions don’t shift •Perfect for a movie night or game night Cons: • Some of the leg pieces didn’t line up with the screws therefore leaving that leg of the couch crooked. Definitely a manufacturer issue.(Picture included) •Couch sits EXTREMELY LOW. Will be purchasing taller legs for the couch. •Assembly took me longer than it should to build, the instructions were slightly confusing and also some random building parts where in there as well. • The fabric was different than what I originally expected. And it felt weird when I took it out the packaging, almost like it was dirty. I was able to wash it in order to get that soft couch feel and was able to fix that issue. •It also had a smell too(not bad, but it bothered me) just a smell of being In the box, which washing the covers and disinfecting the pillows and cushions solved that issue. •In order to rearrange the seats, you have to take the legs off first and then unscrew the connecting piece, which to me takes a lot of time to do and at that point wouldn’t be bothered to rearrange the seats unless I really wanted to. Overall: Definitely a gamble with this couch and wasn’t sure what to expect, but not a bad couch for the price. Had more negative than positive attributes. Would’ve had a 4 star review, ONLY IF the manufacturers didn’t rush with production of this couch to ensure that the wholes were accurate with other components of the couch. Not sure how long this couch will last as far as the cushions go, but keeping it clean should be easy at least. Versatile modular easy to assemble in our 380 sq ft loft. We used the multiple combo then used the queen size bed option and slept in it first night in our apartment!

    • Only comes with 4 back cushions
Even though it shows a total of 8 back cushions it only comes with 4. Due to the size of the couches it does make a difference in comfort. Returning it would be a bigger hassle but very disappointed.
