Amazon posting vs reality 👎
I’m giving 1 star because it doesn’t allow a lower rating. The product is not what was expected from the Amazon listing. The quality of this couch tells me it likely won’t last longer than 6 months tops. It’s much smaller than expected even after I researched and measured prior to purchase. When I contacted customer support, I was told it takes up to 7 days to fully expand. Per the Amazon listing, it should take 48-72 hours which is conflicting. After back and forth to figure out how to return since I can’t carry it back to a UPS or Staples store, I was told they can’t afford to ship it back and I’d be responsible to pay more than half the original cost to return. Now, I’m stuck with a $500 couch that I don’t want and likely will never get my money’s worth out of. My advice, don’t buy!
