it is a nice couch. very soft and comfortable. it is has some squishyness and firmness. It has the firmness expected for a new couch, so it will soften up with time. already had a movie night with my family of 6 and most everyone fell asleep. the pull-out bed is nice to give other people the feel of having a chaise lounge. it is very easy to pull out and push back in. the chaise has a TON of storage. delivered about 2 weeks early by CEVA, and the delivery driver was extremely nice. he asked me where i wanted it, and he dropped it off in my garage like i asked because i wasn't ready to set it up where i wanted it. 2 of the 3 boxes aren't too bad to move, i did have an appliance dolly, but the box that has the longer couch section is extremely heavy. I had to move it to the patio door at the back of my house down a hill with my 10 year old son helping me, and it took everything i had. giving it 4 stars only for a couple reasons. i was replacing a couch that had cup holders and charging stations. this couch has no cup holders, and only one charging port in one of the arms. i dont know why they put a charging port in only 1 of the arms. I put some skinny tables behind the couch that have cupholders and charging ports. the other reason for the 4 stars, installing the feet is a huge pain in the you know what. they couldn't have supplied cheaper hardware. I had to dig into my supply of wood screws because the ones they supplied kept breaking the heads off. All-in all, it is a nice couch. I am not sure i would put it in my living room where there would be more people sitting on it more often, but as a man cave couch, it is perfect. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Wow! Just wow! This couch is so amazing amd so soft! I purchased this on the 21st of Feb and received it March 4th. Shipping was so fast. The seller was so amazing and nice, they answered all my questions promptly. You do have to set up a appointment for delivery which they will call you so make sure your number is correct. It is delivered by a semi truck, Estes is the company and they were super helpful and nice also. I will say the directions were confusing because the parts were mislabeled but it wasn't too hard to figure out , also put the legs on first!! So you don't have to flip the couch upside down after it's assembled because this couch is super heavy and very sturdy and to be honest I am shocked at the price of this couch for the quality. Just buy the couch you won't regret it . ... show more

Love the couch however one of the bolt holes was stripped and there were no pre-drilled holes so we had to improvise and drill our own holes through the extremely thick padding on the bottom (wish that had been stated in the listing). Also, it will easily unhook because of the bolt holes on the right arm rest side. Plus side, is that it is beautiful and comfortable. ... show more

My only con is that for some reason trying to connect the pieces took longer than screwing everything in lol. I put this together with just myself and it took me 3/12-4hrs.
