This broke a while ago and I just had a chance to take it apart. It only has 2 small diodes in it opposed to the 4 they claim and I paid 300 bucks back then! I’m not happy and want what I paid for.

This laser module worked fantastic when I first got it and now as time is going on it's got diminishingly powerless I've had to decrease the speed to get it to cut through 8 inch plywood but it's still under warranty and I can't seem to get a hold of the seller does not want to answer my emails poor customer service

This engraving cutting module is a complete scam. There are not 4 lasers in here. There are two 2.5 Watt laser diodes being beam combined in a small housing. The most you’re getting out of this is 5Watts of optical laser output. The cost for this overpriced for what is functionally a low powered 5Watt laser you can find from LaserTree. There’s also a tilt switch indicator that will cut power if the laser is not pointing down which also makes it useless. Total scam it’s two 2.5Watt sharp laser diodes and not worth the cost

It is really a nice, solid unit, but it shipped with no instructions whatsoever, so instead of opening, setting up, and using in less than 30 minutes, I opened, searched, lamented, and then spent the next 3 hours scouring the web for videos and instructions. Then I gave up and spent 5 hours the next day until i had all the facts and information I needed, so instead of the full 5/5 Stars it should have gotten, had it shipped with proper paperwork, I am forced to give it 3/5...
