Customer support was useless. No instructions on how to get it to work with your CNC. Can’t comment on much else. Returned it when I found out customer service couldn’t help. It might be good if you can get it to work.

It is really a nice, solid unit, but it shipped with no instructions whatsoever, so instead of opening, setting up, and using in less than 30 minutes, I opened, searched, lamented, and then spent the next 3 hours scouring the web for videos and instructions. Then I gave up and spent 5 hours the next day until i had all the facts and information I needed, so instead of the full 5/5 Stars it should have gotten, had it shipped with proper paperwork, I am forced to give it 3/5... ... show more

This laser is stronger than my prior laser. It's got more power and more precision. It's easy to install. Just attach it per manufacturer's instructions. It is expensive, but it allows you to engrave on shiny metals, which some other lasers can't do. It works well for my purposes.

I wish the instructions were more robust. I'm not sure how to use this or which engraving machine is the right fit. I'm going to have to do more research to figure out this information. Outside of that, the box seems to have everything I need and everything feels very solidly constructed. If I get this to work, I will update this review to hopefully give someone else guidance. ... show more

    • Received a 10watt, and not the 20watt that I paid for!

I bought the 20 watt output listed laser, But I received a 10 watt output laser. I performed multiple tests to verify this before I returned it. I used a laser output meter, results: 10-11 watts. Power input tests equal the same as a 10 watt laser (not a 20watt). Make sure you get what you’re paying for. The laser housings have no markings to identify what you have purchased, no model number, serial number, amps draw, or even voltage. Just generic safety symbols. That makes it easy to try and fool you, buyer beware. ... show more
