Customer support was useless. No instructions on how to get it to work with your CNC. Can’t comment on much else. Returned it when I found out customer service couldn’t help. It might be good if you can get it to work.

This laser is stronger than my prior laser. It's got more power and more precision. It's easy to install. Just attach it per manufacturer's instructions. It is expensive, but it allows you to engrave on shiny metals, which some other lasers can't do. It works well for my purposes.

It is really a nice, solid unit, but it shipped with no instructions whatsoever, so instead of opening, setting up, and using in less than 30 minutes, I opened, searched, lamented, and then spent the next 3 hours scouring the web for videos and instructions. Then I gave up and spent 5 hours the next day until i had all the facts and information I needed, so instead of the full 5/5 Stars it should have gotten, had it shipped with proper paperwork, I am forced to give it 3/5...

I wish the instructions were more robust. I'm not sure how to use this or which engraving machine is the right fit. I'm going to have to do more research to figure out this information. Outside of that, the box seems to have everything I need and everything feels very solidly constructed. If I get this to work, I will update this review to hopefully give someone else guidance.
