This is a VERY powerful blender. PERFECT for crushing ice. I make blended iced coffee drinks and a chocolate protein powder with peanut butter shake every day. This blender chops up the ice (I use crushed) so fine in seconds and then I use the purée to make sure the powder and peanut butter are completely blended. I have never once had a random large piece of ice or a clump because this blender blends it all completely smooth. It’s also so quick and easy to clean. From start (adding all the ingredients) to finish (rinsed and cleaned) it takes me less than a commercial break, maybe 2 minutes and 30 seconds at the most. If you’re looking for a blender this is the one. You won’t regret it.

I thought with the power force of this blender, it would crush ice better. I made my first smoothie with crushed ice, and there were still a little pieces of ice in it. Very nice looking product just a little disappointed with the chopping power.

the first time i tried to use it the cup got stuck in the blender. spent like 30 mins trying to get it out to get to my smoothie before i gave up. then, hours later, i finally got it out. next time i used it, the base that spins had literally dropped down away from the cup so its impossible for the blades to be spun. looks good, does not work well

This blender is great and powerful. I make smoothies for breakfast every morning and it’s the perfect blender for it. The pulse option especially is great when I have a lot of frozen fruit in them. I like the different sized cups and lids, I’ve even made mayonnaise in the smallest cup! It’s not for a massive recipe though, you cannot blend veggies and stuff all at once if you wanted to make a soul or something for example. But if you want to make something ~20 oz or less, this is a great option!

This is a great blender for smoothies and it doesn't make a tremendous noise like other blenders in this same watt range. They also have replacement parts available at a reasonable price so i would highly reccomend this brand.
