Just received the AC today. Impressed with the easy set up. I believe this is the first time I have set one up correctly. I have had 4 other brands and this brand was very thoughtful of how to put it together no struggling with getting the hose attached or the length of the windows for the plastic piece. For once I did not need to find an extension that would help flt my window. The unit does not take up as much space and it throws the air! Now need to see how it works on draining. Also, will it last more than a year. I am Very Happy with the purchase, so far.

I picked up this portable AC for a room that gets unbearably hot in the summer, and it honestly cools the space much faster than I expected. Setup was pretty straightforward since it comes with the window kit and exhaust hose already in the box, and I had it running in maybe 15 minutes without needing anything extra. Once it gets going, you can feel the room temperature drop pretty quickly, and the fan/dehumidifier modes are nice on humid days when the air just feels gross. I also like that it has wheels, so moving it around isn’t a struggle even though the unit itself is pretty heavy. The only real downside is the same thing with basically every portable AC, it’s not whisper quiet. You definitely hear it running, especially on higher settings, but it blends into the background after a while. Overall though, for the money it feels like a solid value if you want strong cooling without installing a permanent window unit

This has a mix of AC and dehumidifider and ia the main reason I got this. My old AC needed replacement but I wanted something easier to habldr and move around. Simple set up and no need to lift anything heavy to keep me fresh. Potency is great for my living/dining room, barely any noise.

I picked up this Humhold 12,000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner to cool a fairly large room in my house, and after using it for a while I can honestly say it has been a great solution for beating the summer heat without installing a permanent window unit. First impressions were solid right out of the box. The unit is well packaged and comes with everything you need to get started, including the window sealing kit, exhaust hose, and remote control. Setup was actually much easier than I expected. I had it installed in my window and running in about 10–15 minutes without needing any special tools. The instructions were clear and the window kit fit my sliding window with only minor adjustments. Once powered on, the cooling performance impressed me almost immediately. This unit is rated at 12,000 BTU and designed for rooms up to about 500 sq. ft., and in my experience it handles that size space very well. Within about 15–20 minutes I could feel the temperature dropping, and after about half an hour the room felt noticeably cooler and much more comfortable. One feature I really appreciate is that this is a 3-in-1 unit. It works as an air conditioner, fan, and dehumidifier. The dehumidifier mode is especially useful on humid days because it pulls a surprising amount of moisture out of the air, which makes the room feel cooler even before the temperature drops. The auto-swing airflow is another nice touch. Instead of blasting cold air in one direction, the louvers move to distribute the cool air around the room. This helps eliminate hot spots and makes the whole space feel evenly cooled. Noise levels are about what I expected for a portable AC. On the higher cooling settings you definitely hear the compressor running, but it’s not overly loud and blends into background noise after a while. The sleep mode is noticeably quieter, which makes it perfectly usable in a bedroom at night. I also like the remote control and LED display. Being able to adjust temperature, fan speed, and timer settings from across the room is convenient, especially when you’re already comfortable and don’t want to get up. Another bonus is how easy it is to move around. The built-in wheels and side handles make it simple to roll from one room to another if needed, which is something you obviously can’t do with traditional window AC units. If I had to mention a couple minor downsides, it would be that the unit can get a bit louder when running at maximum power, and in very humid environments you may occasionally need to drain the water tank. That’s fairly typical for portable AC units though and hasn’t been a major issue for me. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. It cools quickly, the features are useful, and the portability makes it a great option for apartments, bedrooms, offices, or anywhere you don’t want to install a permanent AC. For the price and performance, this unit offers a lot of value.
