The mini split unit was easily installed once both packages were received. After professional final checkout of the install, a vacuum of the connections indicated no leaks were present, and then proceeded to power up the unit. WOW ! The unit exceeded my highest expectations, and here in Tucson with an outside temperature over 110 degrees, the system easily cooled my living space in short order where a different 15000 BTU unit could not manage. Not only did the unit perform exceptionally, but it did so with only a whisper quiet sound. On several occasions prior to the install, I had technical questions that were not addressed in the Amazon description. In each case, the vendor promptly answered my questions. This vendor has the best customer support possible. Prompt, courteous, and exceptional in every way. I'm very glad I decided to purchase this unit. If I had a need, I'd buy another just because of their customer support. If I could rate it with higher stars I'd do so.

This product arrive a day late. No big deal. I installed this mini split myself. Im using this 12kbtu system to cool my single care garage. Honestly 12kbtu might be a lil overkill, but I’m not mad at it. My background, I’m a highly experienced HVAC tech and I sale, install and service high end products at my place of employment like Mitsubishi, Bosch, Dakin and so on. Definitely not a high end brand but it definitely seems to be getting the job done at a great price point. . I will say insulation was very straightforward for a person with experience. This system started up with no issues. Cooled my single car garage down to 76° and satisfied after a hot summer day in a matter of hours. I hope considering that the equipment was well installed, that I will get many years of service from this machine. I also added a surge protector to help prevent failure if the boards, inverter and other sensitive components

Pretty easy install If you know what your doing. It does not come with a 110/115 plug you will have to DIY that or run the power to a junction box. Read the manual for wiring as the video is wrong on two wires. Stay cool for the summer yall and warm in the winter. Goodluck and becareful when messing with electrical stuff safety first please. Unit is high quality. Easy functionality. It is very quiet compared to all my portable units and window units. Ac blows very cold 42-45 degrees when set at 61.

Product was internally damaged. Its manufacturer? Well who knows because there’s no name brand! Customer service number? None.. but they got email they do not answer!!! First issue, wouldn’t pull a vacuum. Had a friend who is an AC guy and when he opened the head, lines were damaged and fittings had to be replaced due to poor quality and from China. After several weeks and no response on my return! Our guy fixed it, and sealed it so it doesn’t leak (just in case). Don’t buy it. Yes, price is great, but move on from this item. Due to this crappy purchase, I have been banned from ordering in the late hours from the husband. This could have been a complete loss so let me save you the trouble.

The mini split works great. No problems what so ever. The only problems were finding a company to install the split (most companies didn’t want to install the split if it wasn’t purchased from that company) and the 2 quotes we did get were $2800 for 5 hours work. We were found that the cost of the quote included… tools needed for the job, labor, the experience of the individuals performing the job and any parts. The total on the parts (not included with the mini split) was $100.

The media could not be loaded. This arrived quickly I received the inside unit first and the outside unit the next day. Both boxes came in excellent shape and I found no damage at all upon opening. I can't say how long it took because I did it in stages over a couple of weeks when I had a little time to spend on it. I did install the inside unit on a three side enclosed porch one side open. I found this unit only came with 8 ft hoses so I bought a set of hoses that were 16 ft to fit the way I was running it. The instructions say you can go up to 25' with no additional R34 needed. I was able to use my automotive vacuum pump and an old set of R12 gauges with and adapter I found on Amazon to vacuum the system. I also purchased a 10/3 10' extension cord and cut the female end off to wire it and ran the plug to an outlet on the porch. The plan was to eventually spend the money and run it's own circuit after making sure it all works. That changed and I may leave as is since I don't even see any lights diming when it begins to operate or any other signs that the circuit is struggling. If you are curious about the noise of the outside unit it is similar to a box fan. The inside unit I discovered has a turbo setting that kicks up the fan speed faster than the normal speeds and moves the temp to the lowest of 61F. The roof on my porch is 10' high. I mounted this maybe a foot down. We can feel a nice blast of cool air while sitting on our patio furniture (low to the ground couches) on a 100 degree day. In the evening, you can tell a difference in temperature just stepping onto the porch. Yes, mom I air conditioned the outside. We can watch TV and not have to turn it up any louder to compensate for the blower. The outside unit we can have a conversation by it and it doesn't not annoy. I poured a small slab with two 60lb bags of concrete probably only needed one had a bunch left over. I also purchased a line concealer kit to cover everything.
