I took a chance on this lesser-known brand because of the competitive price and the helpful inclusion of the user and installation manuals. I even asked a pre-sale question about the lines set length, which they answered after a few days. Unfortunately, the system has an internal defect. While my external connections tested perfectly, the indoor unit has a verified leak. To make things easy and save on massive labor re-installation costs, I offered to accept a replacement for just the defective indoor unit rather than forcing a full return. Instead of working with me, they gave me the runaround and claimed they needed a "clearer" video of the leak, even though the video evidence from the leak detector was perfectly legible of the inside unit where there are no connections. They are just trying to stall. Save your money and buy a known brand with actual customer support. 7/30/2026 Update - After several exchanges of emails and persistence with reverting to the video taken of the leak detector, customer service became responsive and agreed to replace the indoor unit at no expense. Since the installer carefully followed the guide, there was no need to add more refrigerant. The new unit showed up, swapped it out and proceeded with the steps again and no leaks where detected as expected. The system has been running solid for 4 days now and I am very impressed with the quiet operation of both indoor and outdoor units. I am happy with this outcome. ... show more
