Exceptional Value, Easy Installation At 70 years old, this was my first time installing a split-type air conditioner. The manual offered little guidance, but the power wiring diagram clearly showed how to connect the pre-installed standard power cord. After vacuuming the ductwork, I powered it on and it performed exceptionally well. Unexpectedly included accessories: wall caulk, wrapping tape, connection covers, and exterior wall opening protection. It perfectly cools my sunroom in South Texas—where an 8000 BTU window unit previously struggled—and now even provides heating. Incredible value for the price...

This unit was super easy to install, however my husband is a contractor. The customer service is exceptional with quick response times. We live in the Mohave Desert with temps 120+ at times and this unit keeps our 800 square ft house 75 with no problem on those excessive heat days.
