Installation - really long, but not difficult. It took me (without the help of another person, but you need to use scaffolding): to install and strengthen the base of the chandelier - 2 hours, additional wires and switches - 2 hours, the formation of the chandelier itself (crystals and icicles) - 6 hours. After this, I do not agree to repeat this :). The only thing that confuses me is fixing the base with only 4 bolts - the chandelier is really heavy, and I think I should have thought about this before forming the chandelier itself. but I hope the manufacturers thought about it before selling this product ... show more

When my husband first looked at the instructions, he was concerned. It took him about seven hours to put it up but it’s so worth it because it’s absolutely beautiful. It looks like it cost over a few thousand dollars. Everyone who looks at it always says wow, how elegant that looks.

It's beautiful! I love it! It took the electrician almost all day to install it but I think it's worth the effort/installation cost. I'm not sure how to clean it but we'll cross that bridge when we get there. I don't have a dimmer switch yet and the bulb box didn't specify dimmable but the seller told me it has 3 settings. It's a beautiful piece. I hope it lasts a long time. Changing the bulbs may be tricky. I'd recommend cloth gloves to remove fingerprints from the base after installation. The light is bright white and it works out well from our high ceiling; it casts a nice, not too bright glow at ground level. I'm very happy with this purchase so far! ... show more
