This product received mixed reviews so I took a gamble. It fit perfectly! It is not a custom made cover so, if the measurements are off by 3-4” either way, it probably won’t fit. I also replaced bungees with ripcord along the sides. See attached pictures

Received pretty quick. We have 2 10x20 Caravan Canopies. Covers on 1 lasted just over a year and finally tore at the top and at a few grommets. Order this replacement cover and to say the fit wasn't tight like some reviewers say on theirs. Ours, we just received, is a tad larger but... we'd rather it be that than too tight. We are ordering another one to replace our other 6 month old cover as it's starting to tear some. The quality appears to be good. Nice stitching. Well placed grommets and the bungie ties are excellent. Easy to put on the frame. Has end strings that tie down on our sandbags. Cool thing is, the string is actually inside the tarp itself on both ends. Nice feature for sure. Hope we get over a year on these new ones. We shall see. But so far I give the seller and product 5 stars. Update on original review. This 1 was 1 of 2 we ordered. Didn't end up putting on our 2nd cover. Product tore at the top already and we put it on in July of 2024. So the original stars on the product would be less than 1 star. 5 star still remains for seller as they ship quick. Stuck with an unopened cover, my bad for ordering 2 without giving time to see how well the 1st one would do. But as far as our experience goes. The quality is not there. Unfortunately. ... show more

I like the flaps on the top, it really helps when it rains. It’s a bit too big though which makes the top sag and holds water. We had to pull some of the tarp behind the top poll to relieve the pressure. Luckily we live in the south and don’t get snow, well hardly ever. So it works fine.

    • It fit, stays put, and covers lots of things I could probably just throw away
My carport is 3 years old, and the cover gave up all at once in July. I had erected the thing myself and thought at that time, two helpers would have made the effort less stressful, questionable language and blood loss. No little helpers came with the new cover, not that I expected any in that small package, but age has brought something like wisdom, so inspite of that, I waited until my wife was visiting the littles and faced the task with 3 different plans. First, I unfolded the cover and observed the attachment points and the bag of new bungee cord holders and smiled. Then attached the long side to the frame, attached a couple of lug nuts on some twine tied to the untethered edge, tossed them over the frame and pulled the cover up and over like I had seen this on a YouTube video. Then a bit of reaching for the rest of the bungee straps. All done in about 20 minutes all by myself. No injuries or stitches required. The replacement cover is as good as what it replaced, and the cost was a bargain, compared to getting a new carport altogether, so the value is there. The new bungees are added value, as well.     • It works but not perfect.
It fits a costco shelter but it could be better. On the other hand, it didn't cost that much so can I really complain? Tough to get it tight enough to go over the top rails so it will collect water. not the end of the world but not the fit the oem was.
