This is a really nice and good quality gazebo. It does take some time to unpack and sort everything and took my husband and I a few hours to assemble, so patience is a must. The end result is worth it! We have spent alot more time outside and it's survived just fine with wind, rain, and snow (so it is very sturdy). ... show more

Best Gazebo
Researched a lot of gazebos and this one was good in high wind and heavy snow. My Handiman put together by himself and took about 8 hours with not too much difficulty. Other reviews were good and this one didn’t break the bank. Very happy with it and it is secured to my deck with screws. In addition the video was helpful! ... show more

Rock-Solid Gazebo Backed by Incredible Support
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Quality and Even Better Customer Service This gazebo is extremely sturdy, very well-built, and exceeded my expectations. It arrived quickly and everything was packaged well. During assembly I realized a few pieces were missing, so I reached out to the seller. They responded immediately and shipped the parts right away. Later I realized I had given them the wrong information about which pieces were missing — and despite that, they still sent me the correct additional parts without hesitation. Their customer service is truly beyond reproach. It’s rare these days to find a company that stands behind their product like this. Highly recommend both the gazebo and the seller. ... show more

Reliable?
Color: Wood-01
The product is ok for the price. However, there were parts not listed and the company stated that they could not guarantee it would withstand wind and snow. If I have to take everything out from under prior to inclement weather what is the point? The customer service was good. But, I would not have known it was good if it had not been required on several occasions. There have not been any problems thus far. Time will tell. ... show more

Oasisphere Hardtop Gazebo (10"x12")
We received our gazebo before the expected due date, which worked out fine for us. My wife and I were able to construct the gazebo without assistance, even though we are both 73 years old. The instructions, along with pictures, were easy to follow. The packaging of the gazebo parts, which were quite a few, protected the pieces - no scratches and no missing parts. Extra screws and washers came with the packages. The canvas and netting help to keep insects out of the gazebo, which is exactly what we wanted. After the completion, we had a rain storm - no leaks! As of now, the gazebo was well worth the cost. ... show more

Easy to install Gazebo.
I was a little skeptical when all other reviews rated this gazebo a "5" but I could not be more pleased! My son and daughter and I assembled the gazebo slowly and deliberately and we had it completely done in 5 hours with no issues. A heavy thunderstorm early this morning didn't faze it. I am extremely happy with this product. ... show more
