This was the perfect solution to my sunny condo deck!! The product arrived in a very timely fashion, well boxed! With my daughter and son in law we installed it in a couple hours. Very sturdy, nice glides on the awning, quality awning, really nice shades that slowly roll up! The measurements were accurate. I had a rain the first night and the awning does collect a little water, but easily drained off with a little help, and quickly dried when the sun comes out! It not only shades the deck, but keeps the sun from flooding the livingroom so I can keep the blinds open. Highly recommended. Priced very reasonably!

Not a full 16’ wide. I placed it in front of my 10x16 she shed with the expectation that it would meet the edges of the shed. Unfortunately, it’s too short. That being said, I didn’t return it because I didn’t want to go through all the work of taking it back down. One of the canopy locks also doesn’t lock, therefore it keeps sliding back. Directions would be more helpful If they had written instructions along with the pictures. It would have made it much quicker to put together had we not had to spend so much time figuring out the steps. Otherwise product appears to be good quality. I. Addition, some parts did rust within the first week of rain.

Looks great but instructions state 40 mins to put up with 2 assemblers which is not correct. More like an 1.5 hours.

I cannot comment on the quality of the item assembled, albeit the pieces looked sturdy and according to how it was described. Mine came with a couple of dents, bings and scratches and the seller immediately responded and refunded me. I can absolutely recommend this seller since they stand behind their products.

My wife and I assembled it. We spread it out over two days due to the extreme heat wave we were experiencing. There were a couple dented parts (very minor) that most likely occurred in transit. Their customer service and support was absolutely stelar. Emails were answered within 24 hours and the replacement parts were sent with no problem. There was a slight defect in one of the roller shades that doesn't affect it's function. Support offered a replacement or 15% discount. The shade was out of stock and will be replaced as soon as available.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Pieces aren't drilled correctly. It took so much time just to figure out the best way to align everything for the frame. Instruction images are incorrect from image to image as well, making it more confusing to figure out.
