So, I have slept on this mattress for the past week and I need to say that I was surprised by the support that it provides for such a low-priced product. I am 5'-10" tall and weigh 180 lbs and this mattress can easily handle my weight without any sagging and provides just the right amount of firmness that I was looking for. This is my first hybrid mattress. Up until this time I was sleeping on a foam fabricated one and after several years, the foam began to break down and sag, resulting in uncomfortable body aches in the morning. With this mattress, I wake up after a good night's sleep with no problems. The only issue that I have with this product is that when sitting on the edge of the mattress in the morning to get dressed, it gives a lot. Not a deal breaker, but the rigidity just isn't there to support my weight comfortably. Other than that, I really like this mattress. It remains to be seen how it holds up over time, but right now, I am happy with the product. ... show more

    • Good value. It feels like a quality mattress and would work well as an everyday mattress.
I purchased this twin mattress for my parlor, spare room, and my first impression was very positive. It's hard to believe a full-size 12-inch mattress comes packed into such a small box, but as soon as the plastic was opened, it expanded quickly. Within a short time it had reached its full height, and best of all, there was no noticeable chemical odor, which is something I always appreciate with a new mattress. The mattress itself looks very well made. It has a clean, attractive cover with a zippered design that appears to be removable, although I didn't test that feature. It's a hybrid mattress with a foam comfort layer over individually supported springs. You can't feel the springs at all through the foam, and the reinforced edges are a nice touch, making it feel sturdy when sitting on the side of the bed. As far as comfort goes, I'd describe it as having a soft top with a firmer level of support underneath. You sink in just enough to feel comfortable, but the mattress still provides good support without feeling mushy. It strikes a nice balance that I think will appeal to many people. Overall, I think this is an excellent value for the price. It feels like a quality mattress that would work well as an everyday mattress. I'm very happy with it. ... show more

This mattress came rolled up (not folded) quite small in a box. After we broke the seal on the plastic, it fluffed up pretty quickly and my son slept on it the same day. He says it's extremely soft and comfortable when you first lay down, but supportive underneath. And that ever time you roll over, you get that lovely, welcoming soft feeling again. He has been sleeping on it for about a month and really likes it except that he says it's quite thick, which makes it hard to get his deep-pocket sheets on it. He also says that the super fluffy top makes it hard to grab the mattress to lift a corner when putting sheets on it. Those are minor things, though, and overall, we are extremely happy with this mattress! ... show more
