THese place value charts have really helped my son during school and also here at home. They help him work the problems out step by step. The chart is thick and durable and easily able to wipe off when needed. My son's teacher couldn't believe the difference this chart was making so I shared them with her so that the other children in the class who were struggling could have one. My son is very much a visual learner so I have had to find different ways to help him learn and figure things out. These are very educational and I would highly recommend them.

I ordered these for my grandsons to help with place value and regrouping practice, and overall I think they are a useful learning tool for kids who benefit from hands-on activities. The boards themselves are made from a sturdy plastic material that feels durable enough to hold up to repeated use in a classroom or homeschool setting. The dry erase surface works well too. Marker wipes off easily without staining or leaving behind residue, which I really appreciate since some reusable learning boards end up looking messy after a few uses. I also like that the set is double-sided, giving kids practice with both place value and regrouping concepts without needing separate materials. My biggest disappointment was that the set did not include any real instructions, examples, or activity ideas. Younger children or parents unfamiliar with some of the teaching methods may need to look up examples online before using them effectively. I think including a simple instruction sheet or a few sample problems would have made this set much more beginner-friendly. That said, once you understand how to use them, they are a nice reusable math resource for extra practice at home or in the classroom.

Great for teaching my 6 year old digits and multiple-digit addition. Because it's erasable, I can reuse and my daughter gets to reuse for extra practice/worksheet from it for reinforced learning. There's 12 sheets. All fronts are the same. All backs are the same. I use the side with the addition the most. The other side doesn't get used as often (only used when teaching digits).

These are honestly such a great find. I wasn’t expecting to use them as much as I have, but they’ve become part of our daily routine. The quality is really good. The sheets are sturdy enough to hold up to regular use, and they wipe clean easily without staining or ghosting. I’ve had some dry erase materials in the past that start looking worn pretty quickly, but these have held up really well so far. What I like most is how practical they are. The place value charts make it so much easier to explain concepts that can be tricky for younger kids. Being able to physically write things out, erase, and try again takes a lot of pressure off and makes it feel more like practice instead of a test. We’ve used them for all kinds of things—basic addition and subtraction, practicing regrouping, even quick “on the spot” math games when we have a few minutes. They’re also great for reviewing before a test or just keeping skills fresh without pulling out a full workbook. The flash cards are a nice bonus too. They’re simple but effective, and it’s easy to mix them in with the dry erase boards to keep things from getting repetitive. This review is for the 12 Packs Place Value Chart Math Manipulatives. I need to call this out because I think the listing is misleading. The title throws around words like "math games" and "addition and subtraction flash cards" and lists out first, second, third grade like there is some range of content here. There is not. What you see in the photo is the front and back of one board, and that is it. Every one of the twelve is identical. Nothing changes, nothing builds, there are no games and there are no flash cards. It is the same single place value board twelve times over. So how is this "math games for kids"? It is not. It is a dry erase place value chart, repeated a dozen times for classroom use. Calling it games and flash cards makes it sound like a learning kit with variety, and that is just not what shows up. I will admit I did not read every line the first time and assumed I was getting a set of different boards. That part is on me. But the bigger issue is that the listing leans on terms that do not match the actual product. People should not have to decode paragraphs to figure out they are being oversold. The photo should show what you are getting, plainly, and the title should describe what is in the box. This one does neither. As for the board itself, it is fine. Double sided, wipes clean, decent size, sturdy enough. If you literally want twelve copies of one place value chart for a classroom, the physical product is okay. But that is not how this is being sold, and that is the problem. I am giving it one star because of the gap between what is advertised and what arrives. Misleading wording plus a photo that does not represent the variety implied in the title adds up to a buy I regret. Know that you are getting one board, twelve times, and nothing more.
