Bulbs pull more wattage than indicated. Fan light socket is rated for 60w, original bulbs work fine in it. These bulbs trip the breaker.

Amazon vendor Linmifo offers a 12-pack of 40W candelabra light bulbs for the very competitive price of 66 cents each. Here is what to like: 1. The price point per bulb makes these a great bargain. 2. Offered in a 12-pack box, this is the perfect number of spare bulbs to have stored away. 3. At 2500 Kelvin, the light cast is warm yet quite bright...just what we wanted for our outdoor fixtures. 4. The bulbs feature E12 bases that are perfect for most outdoor light fixtures and inside designer lights. 5. These are traditional filament lights and don't cast the artificial light of many LED bulbs. As noted in the photos, we used these bulbs for our two outdoor stepway light fixtures. They went in easily and securely. They lit up instantly. We used eight out of the 12 and all eight worked well...nothing broken. Time will tell to see how long they last. For now, they are a very good bulb at a very good price point. ... show more
