The media could not be loaded. It changes to three different colors and a variety of temperatures within those colors so it looks like it may have six different settings. Night light mode, adjusting the height was very easy. Simply heavier, electrician push up on the cord to feed it through the ceiling. It stays put. Arrow electrician decided to crawl through the attic space to reinforce the chandelier to be on the safe side. It was such a nice chandelier that our electrician decided to feature it on their company page. The remote was wonderful and everything was spelled correctly I am so happy with the chandelier that we are going to get matching pendant lights for the kitchen island. Good design in concept, poor quality and implementation. Lots of details in product description is not right from dimensions to mounting capabilities. I had to call electrician twice because of these errors. Seller had me run around to local hardware store and eventually gave up and ended up returning and reordering thought I'd not get missing parts again. And second order there were no missing parts like first but quality of what was there is not good. Most of the 36 crystals are drilled awkward and crooked. The silver part on some is worn or damaged, top plate isn't balanced and laser welds seem to be pulling away. I paid electrician for 3 visits already and didn't want to pay 4th time to take it off, because it does take many hours and price of labor has more than surpassed value of this product. Very poor quality, not worth the 1200 tag on it ... show more

We received this chandelier 3 days after ordering. It was well packaged, and while the instructions for installation were very basic, anyone with experience installing a light fixture should be able to complete the project. The fixture is moderately heavy and should be well anchored. Once installed, we found that deciding whether to design the hanging lights in a circular pattern or randomize them was the first hurdle. We decided on a random pattern. Adjusting the length of each light was super easy, but because there were 37 of them, it took hours to get it “just right”. That was the second hurdle. The last decision is what color temperature to use. It allows for a warm to cool color palette, easily adjusted using the included remote control. We love this fixture! It is very reasonably priced when compared to other larger foyer chandeliers, looks great in the space and provides more than enough light. The remote control has on/off( the “on” is misspelled as “no”), fader control, color temp control, night light and timer functions. ... show more

It is a fantastic design. It looks absoluely amazing. Just be careful on the weight of the product. It might not work for everyone. We have high ceilings and it looks gorgeous. The light is not very bright though so if you are looking for something very bright it is not the case, but it is really going to depend on the size of your room. This is absolutely gorgeous! The only reason for not having the full 5 stars is 2 of the lights are the same length, and couldn't figure out how to fix them. It's mostly unnoticeable unless you know it's there.
