Comfy for now with our 3" gel infused memory foam topper. Definitely plush, not medium firm. Says it's rated for heavier people but sinks in a bunch when you get on so it moves alot and definitely can disturb the other person's sleep. I don't know if it'll last long, to be honest. When we got it we had to let it air out way longer than it said because it had a chemical/fishy smell for days. Fit seems a little off from how our other king size mattress fit before. So wouldn't suggest for a heavier person and only suggest if you want something way more plush. Can definitely tell theres Springs in it from the sides, hoping the cloth on the sides doesn't rip. Would also suggest a mattress protector since you can't take any of it off to wash. ... show more

This mattress is Soooooo Comfortable. I wanted something thicker than normal and this did not disappoint. I am short so I have to kind of jump to get on it and that is fine. Solid construction with innovative design with good, solid metal parts. Being a larger person, I appreciate the quality of craftmanship and the lack of noise when shifting in my sleep. Easy to assemble with good directions provided. We have 14 inch memory foam mattresses which set perfectly. The LED lights make for an interesting addition. Not something that I would consider a necessity but makes it easier to see getting into bed after the lights are out. Having the USB charging ports in the headboard got rid of the extra long cords we had to use with the night stands. Only downside, (and this is personal preference) is that there aren't side boards on the headboard. Our cats like to hide out under the bed and the headboard is the only place that this is possible. Easily remedied but would be nice if it was provided. Overall, very happy with the beds and will consider other products by this seller. ... show more
